Always love their coffee! Their sandwiches are pretty good too.
Nice place, Crowded but not too Crowded if that makes sense
I asked for one everything and jalapeño bagels. without asking they gave me both everything bagels. Went to front counter and they said they were out so we are giving you refund. No sorry or anything just showing attitude. Some of staff members over there seriously need to learn about customer service.
This Tim Hortons is really disappointed me I placed an mobile order here. Instead of giving me everything bagel they gave me plain bagel and for medium French vanilla they give me medium coffee which was not filled up to the top. When I try to contact they said we didn’t got your order here in a rude language. I am not recommending anybody to go there. Manager should look after their employees (and this happened around 7:15)
Great staff but there needs to be a larger location on this space
Went to this Tim Hortons as the one on Victoria tends to mess up my order quite often. Came through here, ordered 2 farmer's biscuits which contains hash browns, they forgot them. We called back expecting to have our names put in the book, we were told no, we must come back as the kitchen states that they did NOT forget the hash browns. 1/5. Its already disappointing when your food is made wrong nearly all the time, but the unwillingness to make up for it is so unprofessional.
The past 6 times my family has gone here, the counters have been dirty, they've let people sit down without checking vaccine passports, and there has been no soap in the bathrooms. The manager has told us "That's not possible", but they didn't even bother to check.It's sad that the manager and the staff don't seem to care about the safety of their employees or customers, and are blatantly ignoring the law just to save a few bucks on what could be the difference between saving a life or not, especially with all the seniors that come here. Extremely disappointing.
Pretty good place, service was quick and the staff were amazing, would be a 5 star except the place is usually filled with smoke.
They know my order and the Massey Dr location is the best in town..
My favorite place to get coffee, but this location always seems to be out of stock and always gets coffee wrong
