Great place for a run to pick up sport fuel
I went through the drive-through earlier today ordered a drink, when I received it at the window it looks incorrect. I brought it up to the person working the window and they convinced me it was the correct order so I drove along and when I was driving I tried it and it was the wrong order. I turned around and I went back to the drive-through and when I got to the window I was greeted by a young man telling me I was wrong and asking me to see the cup. I handed him the cup and then he proceeded to tell me about how it was the correct order, I tried to politely tell him that it did taste like an ice cap instead of a chocolate chill. One of the ladies ended up taking it back and letting me know that she would make me a new one which I appreciated. The young man continued to talk about me and about how the drink was made correctly and I was wrong to his coworkers. I could still hear him since I was still sitting at the window. It felt pretty degrading. I spoke to the manager and he was quite nice about it and apologetic. Just a horrible experience honestly, especially because I go to that Tim Hortons all the time.
Drive thru is not always the quickest at this location. But Everything else is as you would expect for a Tim's.
Really like the moral of the shop, the workers always seem to be happy to be there :)

The evening staff hardly pay any attention to the cleanliness. You have to ask the staff to clean the tables and I was amazed how they clean. Instead of dumping leftover over food pieces in trash. The staff just shoved it on the floor. As you can see in the pictures, the floor has food debris all over. I hope evening staff will be more diligent towards cleaning. As for dine in customers its a big deal.
The kid taking the orders in the drive thru, outstanding, so nice. But the blonde women handing the food out so rude, all but tossed the debit machine at me, then rolled her eyes because upon throwing the debit machine it was caught and it dropped and then I swear to god, tossed the food at me. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I’ve never had such a rude worker, I get it days can be bad but she was just awful.
Hit amd miss.....they mess up orders often and drive through is very slow
