We arrived at 11:45 am with a group of associates and the door was locked and music on. We called to come to find that the number doesn't go to the store we were calling instead press 1 press 2. Ridiculous. Please resolve Michael
The girl server was very nice but a 1 star experience overall. Upstairs patio was filthy. Not one table was wiped the entire time we were there our table was sticky and covered in glass rings. This was after waiting for a table to be cleaned so we could sit. Tables next to us sat dirty and unwiped through multiple rounds of people. Table next to us sat covered in dirty plates and dishes for the whole last hour of our visit. Table cushions were on the floor and also filthy. The waitress didn’t even offer napkins when food finally came, we had to get up and hunt her down to ask. The wine glasses were dirty like they were never washed between use. There was a rat trap propping open the door at the bottom of the stairs. Unimpressed, and wouldn’t consider going back as you can have a better patio experience almost anywhere else in PG.
Drew was amazing!! made sure our drinks were topped up and was an excellent server. she was fun, upbeat, and caring. the best kind of server you could ask for!!

Tankards are always a good time. Plenty of Chicken Wing flavours to choose from, and a delightful patio, too. Oh yeah, and our server Brooklynn Martel was as riot!! very witty, fun and engaging, a genuine pleasure to interact with and be served by.
We had Abby as our server. She absolutely killed it. Kept out drinks full all night and helped with recommendations that we hadn't even thought of. Seemed to know the dailies and the menu seamlessly. Extremely happy with our service. Towards the end of the night she let my friend reccomend music which he absolutely took advantage of and we enjoyed every minute. EXTREMELY RECOMMEND ABBY.
Portion sizes have drastically changed. For example "tri-stacked nachos" are a single layer and the size of a medium plate. No sour cream or salsa. Don't think we will return for appetizer nights.
Excellent dinner at the Canadian Brewhouse last night!! Steak bites are delicious!! Amanda was our waitress and she was FABULOUS! She gave us beyond and beyond great service. Will definitely be back
Have been in the past- it’s generally been fairly decent. Today was bloody dreadful. Took 15 min to take our initial drink order, another 15 to get them (all water). Finally got to order food, which we waited for over 45min on top of that. Instead of telling me shortly after the order was placed, they waited to inform me until all the other food came out to say that they were out of most of the key ingredients to make my salad. So 1.5hrs of waiting, and I didn’t get my food. Never once did they come by to ask for drinks top up, nor to enquire how everyone else’s food was. Took 20 additional minutes to get the bill after we requested it. Not super busy, either. They did however, offer to comp my drink (water) and for me to order something else. I declined. Wasn’t prepared to wait another hour. Just end this misery.
Showed up without a reservation for belated Father's Day dinner. No interest in seating us despite entire main floor being empty. They lost our business (3 adults) plus the party ahead of us -- all of whom ended up going to Mr Mike's. They lost at least $200 business from us, and God knows how much from the larger party in front of us. No explanation as to why we couldn't be seated on the main floor although I suspect it may have been to do with staff shortages. The host seemed to have no interest in our business or the other party's.
