Fast service with ok food. I always finish my sandwich because i paid for it.Great place for picky children because they can pick their own toppings
So so service, didn't listen very well way to much Chipotle when told very light
My wife and I were very impressed with this particular location. The manager Margarita (or something close to that) came out of the back to show her worker how to cut a sub the old style way. Pretty rare to actually see any 'sandwich artists' left at any Subways.Her location was clean and the staff were friendly. Great work. We will be back
I was not excited to have to buy some fast food today in College Heights during my what felt like all day shopping errands, but to my surprise I had the best Subway experience in atleast 10 years! The place was clean...I haven't seen a clean subway in this town especially the hart it's grossly dirty. But my favourite part that led me to writing this review was when I asked the young lady if she could cut my bread the old way for my meatball sub, while looking at me puzzled and saying no, this sweet lady named Margarita come out from the back saying oh yes yes dear I can do that for you! She proceeded to show the two girls making sandwiches and her mentorship and customer service skills were outstanding!!! It was so nice to see in this day and age. The young lady who made the sandwich for me actually was trying her best as a "sandwich artist" which seems to now be nonexistent! I asked later on what that kind lady's name was from the back and she said oh that's Margarita, our manager. Well way to go Margarita, you are doing a great job!!!

Barely get any toppings and charged a fortune for more toppings. Hahahaha the subs definitely do not even come close to resembling the ones in the picture. Wouldn't be so bad but it's pretty expensive for minimal food.
This subway is the best subway in Prince George. Staff members are very polite and friendly.

Whoever is getting their flat bread and foot long online order right now, the worker repeatedly went back and forth between your sandwiches and the tablet screen and the ingredients with the same pair of gloves, so i kindly said you should not be touching someone's food and the tablet with the same gloves. That's discusting. She did not care. I will never eat at this subway again and to the worker who ignored our repeated complaint... shame on you. Shame on subway
Customer service is always great. A bit frugal with their lettuce and toppings which is unfortunate because I used to really enjoy Subway!
