Very friendly staff
I ordered a half caf grande oat milk latte with 2 pumps sugar free vanilla,I had to tell the barista step by step how to make my drink because they didn’t understand..he thought you put drip coffee in a latte..the staff here certainly needs more training.
I worked here. They didn't give employees breaks on 8+ hour shifts. They are inconsistent with hours because they lost most of their employees due to the mistreatment. After that if anyone even called in sick another would have to work without breaks or not open the store. They didn't pay full wages when raises went up before minimum wage rose. They refused to give paystubs and had repeatedly forgotten to pay for hours of work and would pay it weeks late. Accused staff of theft and even had yelling matches with supervisors and baristas infront of customers. This starbucks also under and over charges on multiple products and isn't consistent with other starbucks. By the way the syrup pumps probably have mold the last people who were left never cleaned them properly and consistently.
Staff always having to rush because they are extreemly understaffed. The lines always out the door and it takes so long to get drinks at this location even when no line because of the staffing. It always looks so messy and they never clean the tables inbetween customers. The hours are NOT consistent and they've made no effort to keep it consistent. Also the baristas don't seem to always get breaks at this location and i can't support that.
Small but delicious, because its a Starbucks!
has terrible hours compared to other locations and is always closed. i know it is in a hotel but hotel lobbies are open 24/7. drinks are also usually overfilled and dripping when i come here
Staff are friendly, gets super busy sometimes and they get swamped (very small location, only one or two people working), so don't be in too much of a rush
The barrista was surly and handed me a drink that dripped all over the place. Thankfully you can't do much wrong with an ice coffee, which I enjoyed after having cleaned up the cup and myself.
Barrista took my order and filled the NEXT customers order before doing mine. I was quite irritated at this lack of service.
They're located right in the lobby of the Ramada, which is fantastic when you're staying at the Ramada or just walking by. I came in to get some breakfast since as far as I know the Ramada doesn't have breakfast provided. The service was quick and the barista was very friendly and polite. You could see how clean it was here, which especially in covid times is very reassuring.
