Not happy, ordered from them twice because I wanted to give them a second chance. Both times I ordered the supreme. They skimped on the toppings, barely any green peppers, what toppings they did have were not distributed evenly over the pizza so some slices didn't have a bit of all the toppings. They were fast but I would rather wait a bit longer and have them put some love into making their pizza, fast is not always better. Very disappointed because other pizza huts have been fantastic. You have to do a better job!
Ordered through the website at 7:00 pm on a weekday for delivery. Order was cancelled twice online and when I phoned the store was hung up on twice with no explanation. Usually pizza hut is great but maybe not here.
Fresh slice pizza was not tasty though it smells bad nd was overroasted?

Amazing customer service ? I called to let them know that though our pizza was ready we were delayed and couldn't pick it up for 2 hours. Jazz graciously canceled the order and made it fresh 2 hours later no additional charge! Thank you!!
Place is a joke, stand at the front ringing the bell for about 10min, absolutely no answer.Apparently I'm not the only one to have this issue either.Definitely will NOT go back there again.
I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery which the driver LEFT ON THE GROUND outside my door. When I called the store to complain he said this is due to Covid. When I asked if all pizza huts leave the pizzas on the ground he said “no only we do this”. I would not recommend eating here.
I ordered my food, and the employee put my food on the next table. I am just wondering that there is no other customer in the restaurant, then why did they put the food on that table. After 5-10 minutes wait I call one of the employees and asked if this was our food? she said yes, it is our new policy that we don't serve the customer and put the food on other tables. Then I asked her ok but you should let us know that it is our food and we have to grab it by ourselves. She starts yelling at me and ask it is my responsibility to confirm from us. after talking to me, she goes to the kitchen and start talking to other employees and she said these people have no sense and other nonsense. which I have listened clearly as my table is not that far from the kitchen. They don't know how to treat a customer and the taste of food was also not good. Moreover, the food Pizza becomes hard to eat as it gets cold while we are waiting for someone to confirm that is it our food? She did not confirm from us that do we need anything else or not? Overall, It is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and I will never visit this restaurant in my life ever.
Its a bit disappointing they use tomato sauce and not a pizza sauce on pizza lol its rather baffling lol and I with the calzones had option for pizza sauce in them. Now thats a calzone lol but gotta love cheese stuffed pizza lol but the tomato sauce is blah and kinda ruins the flavor of the pizzas.
The delivery time was fast,BUT when I opened the box that had my pasta a cockroach was in there, Needless to say my husband didn't touch his pizza either UGH hopefully they will rectify this,waiting 4 call
