I frequent this pita pit quite often, but The last 2 times I have been there the wraps were substantially smaller than usual. I ordered a large today and the amount of veggies she put on was very disappointing. For $11 there’s no need to be that skimpy
Update: owner reached out to me to rectify my poor experience, offering me a free pita. I went to get it today and asked for the same thing as the previous day which was falafel. Pita was still cold but oh well, I took two bites of it and realized it wasn’t even falafel! It was chicken!! And I’m vegan!! So not happy!!
The online ordering system was very convenient to use. Order was made very quickly, and the ingredients tasted very fresh!
Good food, but horrible customer service.
I went to pita pit in college heights today and I was really put off that the man wasn’t wearing a mask and when I asked why he wasn’t, he said he didn’t have to because he was behind plastic! He was behind the counter with all the fresh food? He was even snorting/sniffling! I demanded a refund because I was not impressed he is working behind the counter with his employees and the food and not protecting anyone around him!

We wanted a quick meal after a busy day. Good food, fresh and healthy. No dining in right now, just take out and delivery.
