Said drive thru open 24 hours went at 12pmAnd they said we’re not taking orders
Wanted to enjoy icecream with my family outside, but the obnoxiously loud opera music was ear pearcing. I understand that it's used to encourage homeless people to move on, but it's so loud. There has to be a better way, maybe use those loud music tactics later in the day?
Small but still accessible, drive thru and parking gets tight, always good customer service, clean
This location is awesome during the day, burgers are put together nicely, extra pickles separate from one another, fries are hot, service is great. Awesome job day crew.This location sucks at night. I go thru the drive thru quite often at night and find a huge difference in the quantity of the food. Burgers are slapped together with no care, pickles are put on top of one anothersometimes i dont even get pickles all tho I order extra pickles, fries are always cold and limp. Bad performance night crew.There is a huge difference between day and night shifts at this location. I always use this location cause it's close to home. I hope it gets better in the future. Went to get a drive through at night here. The employee named AMRITHA was so rude that it blew my mind.super rude when she took the order and even we went to collect the order she kept the order on the window and asked us to get out of the car and come get it because she Didn’t want to strech out her hand and slammed the window in our faceEverything else was pretty great
There is girl always used work in the night time her name is ___. She is a very very rude and always. She don’t how talk with costumer. Otherwise your food is good
There’s a girl name Tarn , she is always rude with the skip courier person and refuse to give delivery if the courier individual refuse to show their phone . Because we are not supposed to show the mcD staff our phone screen . It the doordash policy that we just read the order number to pick the order.I hope the manager will let know there staff the rubric.
In store service was slow, as the store seemed to be focussing on the drive through. There was no one inside at the tills, and instead we had to use the inside kiosk to order.
Assistant supervisor TARNDEEP, is the worst representative i have ever had . she force dasher to show their phone for the order number, if they – refuse to show their phone she just cancel your delivery order and that’s really rude we are not supposed to show our personal property to anyone.
Smaller, busy, clean unfortunately with one cash register on a tiny, cluttered counter there's little room to exchange monies with the covid shield in place! The only cahier could not grasp my order due to the fact of our langage barrier? Myself-English Her-?So my order was completely incorrect, no napkins and the buggers we're flattened??
