Madras maple is a hidden gem where you will find the most delicious South Indian food ,fairly priced. We as a family obsessed with this restaurants food.I truly can’t recollect how many times we have been to this place. They have the best tasting food and service every time we go.I wish if I could name one dish and recommend it as the best, but at maple cafe everything tastes equally good and make you want to explore more dnd more dishes.I have to mention our favourite waitress Kamal such a kind person with beautiful smile every time ,she remembered us even after 1 year .She really is the best server we ever had.If I could wrap the whole experience in on word ,I would say just “SUPERB”.A big thank you to the chef too for cooking for me and my family every time we visit Prince George. We literally eat there multiple times a day when we are in PG.Thank you Madras maple. Please never change your recipes and awesome staffs…

Actual authentic, no frills, extremely tasty dishes. Typically my Indian family don't want to eat out because too many restaurants are tailored to western palates but this place is great. Not overly spicy but full bodied flavors. We are vegans and the options are fantastic. Left with tons in the to-go bag as well. Worth stopping in! Will be back again for the 4th time!

Good place for quick snacks but not for dinner. Served fish pakoras, however too oily and soft. Didn't have proper staff to serve. Forgot half of the order to bring it to table.

Some of the most authentic South Indian food I've ever had! I've been twice so far and have loved everything I've had and have always gotten great service! The fish pakoras are phenomenal, and all the mains that I've had (chicken korma, and lamb saag) have been terrific! Everything is also at a very reasonable price for portion size. This restaurant is an amazing find and I definitely plan on going back!

I order from Madras almost anytime I want to order in and I am never disappointed. I've sampled most of the vegetarian menu and it is all really great, authentic food. The malai kofta is my favourite!

Never coming back. Went in for dine-in. They said that we can’t sit more than 3 people on one table while we are fully vaccinated. But there on another table 9 people were sitting on one table. I think they have different rules for different type of people. Happened today at 8.15 PM.Will prefer another restaurants in town for future.

The best Indian food in PG hands down. It is where people who are originally from India eat Indian food.. that tells you a lot. All of their dishes are always fresh and cooked with WHOLE spices. Food is always consistent.I've never ventured off of chicken curry or butter chicken when eating Indian food. I had so much confidence in them from how good those dishes were that I started ordering other Indian dishes that I wasn't familiar with. They just got better and better... and I now have a new found appreciation for Indian cuisine. This is what a restaurant should do - push you to expand and explore foods out of your comfort zone so you have more things to enjoy. I've had nearly their entire menu now and it is all delicious. And they season their rice with Indian spices - something no other Indian restaurant in PG does. They don't miss!Their service is so-so, I've had rice missing from two of my take-out orders and sometimes there is no one at the front so I've waited 4-5 minutes for someone to help me. The food is so good that I don't care about those things. This place serves incredible Indian food and I highly recommend.Dishes from Madras that I highly recommend:ChettinaduPhallKormaKadaiButter chicken poutineChilli ChickenSide of Raita

Best dinner to end the year on! I asked my husband a few days ago Madras on New Years Eve and he was like I was thinking the same thing. Consistently delicious and cheap delivery fees. Food arrived still very hot today

Hands down the best Indian food in town. We order from this restaurant nearly weekly and are never disappointed. The flavours are out of this world. We have tried many of the other spots in town, and nothing ever compares to madras!

I ordered two fish curries and two chicken curries, each has a small rice portion to come along with, but I only received three small rice portions instead. Once again, the restaurant missed the items that I ordered. This had happened several times in the past, but I decided to let it slide due to my respect for the delicious food that this restaurant provides. However, I could no longer let this slide anymore. After today, I will never order from this restaurant anymore. It appears that the owner and the workers of this restaurant do not respect their customers. Even if it is just a small portion of rice, stealing is stealing, and this is unforgivable. I worked hard to earn money, and I paid because the food is worth the money, but if this is how you treat your customers, then so be it. I currently live at 1209 Alward Street, and I always ordered large orders from this restaurant through Skipthedishes ($60-$100). Goodbye, you have just lost a really big customer today.
