Ordering was difficult, out of mashed potatoes, and no receipt. Seemed disorganized, but food was OK.
Took 5 minutes to take my order at drive-thru. That lady Didn’t even asked if i want any drink and told me to come at window. Anyways I want to appreciate the guy at window for good service.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and the chicken was too much fried and it was almost black from the inside, not what I expected.

The incompetence has been going on for years. Either the staff needs to be retrained to listen to people or the speaker box needs to be replaced. Almost every time we've order from here, stuff has been missing or there's something we didn't order in place of an order we made.
We were told a 10 minute wait. 30 MINUTES LATER and we had to go inside and get the food. IF YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF TO MAKE THE ORDERS IN TIME DONT OPEN THE STORE!!
Follow the mask mandate with fast service. Kicken is tasty.
They did a great job with my less common request. Very accommodating! Friendly service too.
Service was great. Food was warm, not my fav go to fast food.
The teller asks me what drinks I want with the bowls, I respond by asking her if their included. She says yes. Big old lie. One of em was water and I got charged for that. May be a sales tactic, still is a lie and won't be back. The wait is beyond ridiculous too. BTW, get your speaker fixed too!
