Only got food from here because my Mom really wanted fish and chips called at 4:45 was told it will be ready for 5:15. Arrived at 5:20 and food wasn't ready. No apology just the lady at the till asking "who's next" after I paid to make me get out of the way. Food was not ready until 5:36 and there was a cluster of other people waiting for their food in their small waiting room, one being an old man who had a mask but was not wearing it. Glad I deleted their useless app since they never accepted or honored the coupons on it anyway.
We had the most amazing dinner tonight, our server Catherine, was amazing. She was popular with all the regulars. Our halibut was perfect, glad we followed all the great reviews. They were super busy and didn't skip a beat. Everyone was happy to wait for this amazing food. If you haven't tried this jem in PG, you're missing out!
Leaves your lips greasy and snacking for more! Just had the halibut and it was giant steaks of greatness and more than I could eat in one go, have had the cod as well many times never disappoints

We order pickup here quite often and have never had a problem. Tonight we went ahead with delivery. The estimated time was an hour which was no biggy but it took an hour and forty minutes for our food to arrive. I called 15 mins past the delivery time and was told it was on its way. It took 25 mins after that to arrive(takes maximum 10 mins for us to drive there to pickup). The food was hard and cold like it had been reheated and cooled off several times before it left for delivery. It was inedible. I will definitely be feeding my family of 6 else where from now on.

My husband and I went out to Joey's for dinner and our waitress was named Catherine Petit! She's an exceptional & hardworking young lady. She always topped up our drinks & our food was served quickly! Thank you for the excellent service :)
