So, I enjoy the food. What I don't enjoy, is calling and ordering something (chicken and sweetcorn soup which is a small bowl) and getting something entirely different (huge container of chicken noodle soup) and 3x the price of what I originally ordered, because they no longer serve it. I ordered from the menu they have on their Web page, and when I called with the issue she said they were aware the menu on the website was incorrect and has been for a long time, so they are aware it's an issue and i guess the owners just dont care enough to fix it. So I had to pay for something I won't eat. All in all pretty terrible management

Take out and delivery only.Fairly lackluster affair. Prices are about average, staff are helpful when making order but limited due to no dine in. Overall food quality is just not there compared to other options available.

Read the reviews online, decided to drive to the north end of Prince George to give it a try. Walked in and they don't have in-dinning even though the web site clearly states that they do. So I decided to order take out seeing how I drove all the way up there from my hotel in the south of town.When I arrived back in my hotel at the south end of town, found no utensils or napkins in the bag. Luckily I had a plastic coffee cup lid I folded to resemble a utensil. One would think in a take out order they could include utensils wouldn't you? Or do you have to ask for them and napkins?To think I even tipped the young girl for the service......Won't be gracing the doors of this restaurant on my next trip through......
it took over an hr. to get my food ,and when i did get it ,well it was cold ,i told the delivery driver , not het fault ,i did tip her ,when i called to the rest. i told them my food was cold ,and i was not happy ,they wanted to send me another meal ? what am i going to do with two meals? cant eat all that food ,,they were busy they said .not my prob. hire more staff then i told her ,,iam done with them ,,bad service ,,to slow ,,and food is not very good , very poor customer service ,,do your self a favor ,and dont order from this place ,,if you do you will be sorry ,,they suck..
Serving sizes are great, price point even better.... our favorite Chinese in the Hart! Fresh and delicious.
I ordered for pick up today went there picked up order came home food was missing... Then I called them they asked if I'd like credit or come pick up the missing food. I said actually I've been there already I feel like you should deliver it. They said ok. It arrive in decent time but the rice & chow mein were burnt. I ordered Spicy prawn, they were soggy & not spicy. Just seems like the quality of their food has gone way down won't order ever again.
Love their Chinese food! I live across town and I still make it up here when I can. Never been disappointed.
Extremely long wait times, disgusting greasy food guaranteed to make you sick. I recommend paying the 8 dollar delivery for something from downtown.
