Today I visited the DQ in college heights….. everything was awesome! My blizzard was properly blended with cheesecake chunks throughout, my burger was hot and tasty and it everything was super clean! I will absolutely be back for the fast friendly service and excellent food! Our go to location from now on ??
I came through the drive thru today 6esh for dessert after dinner, even though it was busy, the staff where super nice and friendly and where able to help me right away with how speedy service was.
Amazing service, really like the service of that sweet girl named Sarbjeet who works there. Will definitely visit again
Got my order wrong 3 times in a row food was cold and felt old...

Went through drive through. They did not get our order right. Drove to window to pay. Had to tell them 3 more times what out order was. Got it wrong. Had to go back inside restaurant to get it fixed. How. An you rate a 0.
Got order wrong 2x did drive thru then had to take irder inside for correction
9 pm Tuesday April 12th .4 front staff to busy talking/joking around with another staff member . blizzard where more like a warm milkshake . very disappointed. email was sent to dq , no response....guess customer service is a thing of the past .
Megan was an absolute perfect example of professionalism and service! Her attitude and the way she corrected an issue that wasn't even her fault (skip the dishes) leaves me with nothing but good things to say about this DQ . If everyone was like Megan.. the world would be just fine
This place is always busy and there's always a line up, so be prepared for that. It doesn't matter what city I'm in, I always anticipate a line up at DQ. If you keep that in the back of your mind, you'll be pleasantly surprised when one day, there ISNT a line. Anyways, considering how busy this place is, the staff are always trying their best, friendly, and working hard. Food is hit n miss, here and there, but what fast-food chain isn't?
