For a short staffed place they actually get you your food at a decent time, even though my waitress didn't check on us throughout our meal and also messed up my order a bit , it's always been a good experience and she just gave me my meal for free!! They really do try to go above and beyond for how busy they always are!!
Phoned for a delivery, and only received less than half of my order. When I phoned to ask about the remaining portion of my order, they delivered again an hour later, still not bringing everything in my order. Different occasions they have delivered dry cold lasanga. Plus the last few times I dined in the food was bland and also cold. Once asked for dry ribs and they brought boiled ribs with no sauce, like come on?.... This location has gone down hill in the past few years
Service was ok. He never followed up for refills. He was friendly though. Food is usually outstanding but my pasta was pretty dry on this visit. I had to ask for extra sauce. Then had to ask for extra sauce AGAIN, as it was still dry. I was disappointed
Stopped for lunch today at Boston Pizza in pg. The restaurant has a big parking lot w accessible marked spots up front. The staff was so friendly greeting us at the door, we sat in the bar area and the lady behind the bar was probably the best host she was super helpful friendly and just awesome service. We had a beer ? a appy and I daily special pizza the royal (Fri) everything was brought to us quickly , hot and Made just right. The restaurant wasn't too busy at all during lunch there was a few different things to watch on the big tvsThe place was clean and well lit. But mainly the staff and service was epic!! Thanks
my partner and I like to go here once in awhile, on Tuesdays, when they have their 2 for 1 pasta. we can share a meal, and have a small salad each and the bill is about $30. with tip.
Food was good, service was slow however there was only one poor woman on waitressing and she was run off her feet. Our appetizers came out with our main meal instead of first like we requested. The tip was on the bill already and no, I will decide what if anything I will be paying! The waitress deserved and got more than the requested amount however do not decide if I am paying a tip for services! Also felt rushed to pay prior to finishing meal as she was getting off of her shift and wanted payment. We were not finished and planned on desert. For desert we went elsewhere.
The waiter was so patient while my little one ordered her own meal. There was a mix up on my meal and he caught it faster than I did! Amazing
I’m a visiting my husband who is working in the area. We have ordered delivery twice from the Brookwood location. The first delivery I ordered a small Boston Royal with no pepperoni, but to sub the pepperoni with more ham. We also ordered various other items. My pizza came with NO ham and DOUBLE pepperoni!!!! We call the restaurant and they offer 20% off our next order. My husband asks for the manager who agreed to send another pizza right away. To their credit, they sent a large pizza that arrived very quickly Our second delivery experience my husband ordered lasagna which comes with garlic toast. He ordered an extra order of garlic toast as well. We ordered hot wings with ranch dip, but I like blue cheese so ordered an extra dip. The extra toast and dip of course comes at an extra charge, which we where fine with. We also ordered other items. Delivery comes and no garlic toast AT ALL and no blue cheese dip. Call restaurant and they say it will be 45-60 mins. We asked to speak to the manager again who agrees to send the missing items out within 10 mins. It was about half an hour before it arrived, by which time we were of course finished eating. This seems to be a problem with every Boston Pizza! 8 times out of 10 they mess up our order. And we have ordered from various locations in several different cities and provinces. BP is fairly expensive, but we do enjoy the food (when they get it right). I would think for the price they could ensure the orders are correct and complete!
Ordered from here on pasta Tuesday for delivery. It never came, delivery guy said he delivered it. Three hrs later I finally get my food and it’s not even what I ordered. I made a complaint and got a coupon for a free appetizer only available in store which I can’t even use. Huge disappointment. Never ordering from here again.
I come in at least 3 times a week, service is always amazing, more so when I have Faith as our server. Food is always well cooked and the resturant is always clean.
