Lovely atmosphere, fresh (a surprisingly quite a few local) ingredients. The fried chicken appetizer is to die for! Pizza flavours are inventive. The portions here are huge so come hungry. They don't skimp out on portion size during happy hour either which is refreshing. Lots of great daily specials, also some really good carry out specials. Only giving 4 stars as we've been a few times in the past couple of months and each time the wait staff were very slowly getting to us.
This place is fantastic. Why? The food is delicious!!! Service is fantastic. We had the Kimchi cauliflower, Arctic char and the pork rib pesto pasta. They were OMG delicious. I highly recommend the char. Cocktails were so creative and yummy. We wish we were staying in Prince George longer to eat here again. The pizza looks so good too. We had an appy 2 mains, a beer and 3 cocktails for $127.
Really really delicious. Service was on point. Beers were cold. Pizzas were perfect. Highly recommend. Especially on Tuesdays!! If I could be so bold as to ask them to bring back the beef tongue bruschetta, I'd eat there everyday!
The service, the food is amazing. the atmosphere is great. I don't think I ever came away unhappy
Very best Neapolitan Pizza I’ve had around here! Unique combinations.
Truly incredible pizza! The energy there is buzzing. Patio is beautiful. We were greeted by a friendly host. We ordered pizza and salads and oh my, all so good. The arugula and fennel salad is out of this world. You won’t be disappointed if you try this place.
After a series of mediocre meals in Canada, Betula Burning hit it out of the park. Creative, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, this place changed my mind about Canadian cuisine. SO delicious!
Didn't have the pizza because I saw they had Wagyu steaks on the menu (and burger, and tacos). Ended up getting a 6oz Tenderloin and it was fantastic. This is a Canadian Wagyu from Vanderhoof, I believe, but it compared well to other Wagyu I've had from Snake River Farms in the US. Don't expect Australian or Japanese Wagyu, but for the price tag it well worth it and tasty.I would definitely come again and enjoy the steak. Others at my table ordered pizzas and they looked very good and were enjoyed by those who ordered.
We really enjoyed our visit, the service was great and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious. However, I was really surprised to see that the "Chef's Vegan Creation" pizza had an extra $2 surcharge for vegan cheese... The menu is very misleading, as you would anticipate that a pizza explicitly labeled as vegan would include the cost of vegan cheese. This surcharge was also never explained so it was a surprise to see on the bill. I understand that vegan cheese sometimes needs to cost more, but I would expect to see that built into the cost of the vegan menu item. Alternatively, label it as a vegetarian pizza with the option to upgrade to vegan for $2.
The starter with salami, cheese, bread, vegan caviar and mustard was amazing. Some of the best pizzas we have ever had. Italian doughnuts were good too. Spent more money at the Keg the night before for half the wow factor. Highly recommend.
