So slow today. Excruciatingly slow service. If the kitchen staff spent half as much time doing what they're supposed to be doing in the kitchen, instead of running out to front to clear overdue orders off the board, even though those orders are not yet completed, it wouldn't have taken 35 minutes for me to get two burgers. I know those numbers are sent to your head office at the end of the day. So the staff is essentially lying to thier HO about their efficiency. Next time I wait that long and see that BS. I'll record you and email it to them.
The coffee is not to bad. Health practices.\\nDrive through as well

Valid coupon wouldn't work first of all. Then paid $4 each for two cups of OJ only to drive home and find out there filled with water. Love A\\u0026W but this crew at 11:50 am really took a nose dive.
Employee made burgers using bare hands, no greeting and there were two employees, one was busy talking to someone at till and other was simply not paying attention. Ridiculous!!

awful undercooked onion rings and poorly presented burger. need to put more time and care into orders.
Environmentally friendly with paper straws, biodegradable packaging and antibiotic free range meat. Probably the best fast food chain in Canada as they are way ahead their competition with the environmental stance. Though a&w isn't as busy as McD's ( because people think McD's is cheap, but the prices have gone up dramatically!!). So overall best quality fast food restaurant hands down in every fast food category. This however does not apply to the a&ws in the USA.
I honestly don't remember what I bought, but it was probably pretty good.
