A bit of an a nuance to be served by a trainee who was assisted by a staff member, but I understand that that’s the best way to learn. Food was fast, order was correct and staff was polite.
Always out of onion rings apparently. Maybe a manager than can order the right amount of food for the location would be a good idea?
Good food but ALWAYS out of onion rings whenever I stop there.
Love A&W, but there was NO quality control on the onion rings....soggy, greasy, mushy onion rings that were all broken pieces. It only takes about an extra minute or two to cook them from frozen. DON'T LET THEM THAW OUT BEFORE YOU DEEP FRY THEM!!!!! Just saying.....
Usually love A&W rings but not been happy with them lately. Too crumbly... otherwise love a good Teen burger.

What can i say I love a&w, this location was a little slow but made up for it with the product which was thier chicken BLT. Also FYI, I am the rootbeer chugging champ in 2010 at thier location on lakeshore rd in Kelowna BC
The food was good but we had to wait about 15 or 20 minutes in the drive through for it.
