Had a bit of a wait because they had a new trainee in the kitchen. That being said though our food was super hot...just how I like it?
Food quality is fair but their prices are steep.
Clean and quality service. The staff was still wearing masks (June 7).
Tried to go for breakfast. No eggs, no bacon toast or sausages. They offered pancakes and the eggs that were cooked for sandwiches
A former employee recently shared a video of cockroaches in the kitchen. Apparently the former worker was threatened with reprimand if they told anyone. I would not eat here.
Had no toast. Then proceeded to charge us more than what was on the board without the toast. Never offered anything to replace the toast either. Gave us medium sized coffee when we wanted small and charged us for medium coffees.
I like that they are changing with the times and offer healthier options like grass fed meat, hormone free. The staff is always friendly and last but very important is indoor dining and the use of mugs again. Thank you A&W I just wish they could have drive-in and eat like they used to :)
Great food they bring your food to your table ,could clean the tables as we and only two other people were there and almost every table was dirty, but overall good experience. Was a bit shocked they had security at the door.
Good place for a quick Bte but I got more bun then burger
