Ever since I gave a dozen wings to a homeless girl outside, I have turbans giving me the evil eye. Other than that great food and usually good service. Lol
Staff was great and understanding but sometimes they can also be extremely irritable and very unpleasant to be around too . But I can understand that junkies and gang members hang around thare at midnight and staff is concerned about thare own safety. From all this I can talk about is staff need to know which customers are regular people and which is the not so nice people.
The evening of September 24, 2020, there were two young (Filipino?) women working there who were extremely helpful, gracious and professional despite being very busy in a neighborhood where illegal activities take place in the open all around. These young women gave extraordinary customer service, deserve a promotion and should be training others.
Always friendly staff and very helpful. Whenever I order online or go into the store itself it has always been excellent customer service. ?

Only doing this bc you guys say you close at midnight but you guys closed at 11 which is confusing when it says right on the door you close at midnight??
I hope you're forced to change the stores name. 7 eleven prides itself on being open 24/7. Shame on you for tarnishing the franchise with this ridiculous decision to close at midnight every night. There's no reason for it. It's not more dangerous than anywhere else. Yes there's a ton of junkies that hang outside but if that's the concern then you'd best just shut down completely as they're there all day as well. They don't suddenly turn into murdering maniacs at the stroke of midnight, lol. Sheesh!!
