They always started to prepare deliveries when you walked in but they did not know it already took us 10 to 12 min to get there. Also I was informed I needed to be careful about their drinks. To be honest about after 15 min of wait time, I just wanted to hear think you for waiting and have a good day.

The philippino "Eden" worker needs training on how to properly talk to customers. The worst Tim Horton's I ever been too. It is apparent this place needs help with customer service and respectful communication.

I placed a large order the night before. I arrived 5 minutes early. The coffee and donuts were ready, but I had to wait an additional 5 minutes past when the order should have been ready to get my food. I observed the staff member who was making the sandwiches not start making them for 5 minutes even though the front-end staff member told her I was there.

Worst location. Went through the drive through and the person taking our ordered sounded like he wasn’t really bothered or couldn’t be bothered about his job or being there. We asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches we ordered but they still put mayo on it. The staff were not friendly. We asked for extra of something and they didn’t give it to any of it to begin with. We tried to get their attention to ask for what we needed but were not able to. Terrible customer service!

I went here twice (not drive thru) and the staff were friendly and kind. When I first visited, I asked for a knife for bread. On my second visit, he remembered that I asked for a knife, and gave me a knife without my request. The staff were thoughtful.

The staff who handle the walk in customers is not customer friendly. Very cold and make you feel you want to leave soon. A month ago I went in with my 2 kids.. they saw us the only customer in there but we were waiting to be served like 12 minutes. They are ( 3 people ) walking back and forth saw us but didn't say anything. So rude. Oh ya... at 4pm..all the donuts are gone. I order 6 donuts ( on apps offers) all plain donuts.

The employees are incredibly rude. Went to the drive through to order and there was no response for 5 minutes when I decided to go up to the window thinking that maybe machine was broken. When I told the employee that I didn’t order she started to complain that I should’ve proceeded to wait and now I was holding up the line. There was apology for not answering the drive thru and just an attitude.

This is the worst Tim hortons i have ever been to, their drive thru sucks. His name is Suen and I guess he sleeps while talking in the headphone. He is absolutely rude and food is always cold and he dont' bother to listen what you are saying. Please avoid going to listen place. Disgusting staff and food.

i was served by eden (made sure to write her name tag down) and i witnessed her be rude to the old customers in front of me... when it was my turn she rolled her eyes at me for asking for whip cream on my ice cap. not friendly service here...
