I went to Tim Hortons inside the Walmart at 2150 Hawkins. The attendant was a VERY RUDE person. He definitely didn't want to be there, he yelled at the person before me for her food and she was standing right in front of him. I ordered 8 donuts and when I asked for the 20 timbit pack he said he was out of it, when another employee took some and brought to serve I asked if I could have a 20 pack and was told it wasn't possible but then the he said it was 2x a 10 pack, when I inquire the reason he told that was special edition, knowingly that was not the case I want to file a complain about this employee for deceiving a customer and overcharge a product he also didn't give me the receipt for the Donuts and even asked if I wanted, I had to request it. This was definitely the worst experience in a Tim Hortons I've ever had.
April17 20022 A young lady working there had helped me I am diabetic and my sugars had dropped she helped me by calling my daughter and stayed with me till my daughter arrived. Best customer service from this empathetic young lady .I hope to come back and thank her in person
I go here a lot other than the fact they close at weird times and couldn't sit in side they're general great very friendly and always get my order correct.
Love their Fruit Explosion muffins. Friendly staff working here even when shop is extremely busy.
All of their staff is under trained I guess. Once I ordered a double double but the girl barely put any sugar in it. Another day I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and this another girl put so much butter on bagel that it was all leaking. Even the paper with which she wrapped it was all wet with butter. I believe the staff should be trained well.
It would be better if they use the gloves when they touch the coins or at least wash the hands before serving the others

I got a icecap usually I get it filled up all the way, this time it was different it wasn’t even filled up to the line I payed $3 almost $4 for it and it was a size small I even told my daughter to talk to her and tell her that it was under the line she talked back to her and said it’s supposed to be like that. very sad with today’s experience

Terrible customer service, very dissatisfied with the people working there. Impossible to redeem any points, there is always some rules that is prohibitive to you using your hard earned points for products. Why is it so complicated to get any rewards. I think, I should stop visiting this restaurant and go to McDonald's instead.
