To be honest I’ve never had a worse experience. I was with an individual I support and they wanted a mango smoothie. Now I’ve never gotten a smoothie from Tim’s before so I didn’t know this wasn’t on there menu. Anyway, so I order it and the girl taking our order immediately said “we do not have mango smoothies here I have no idea where you’re getting that”. It was more the tone she used it was extremely aggressive. So I replied okay my apologies what kinds do you have? And she said “strawberry. But it’s going to be obsolete soon”. Like ok? All you had to say was sorry we don’t have mango smoothies but we have a strawberry, do you want to try that. Idk maybe it wasn’t a huge deal but I found it incredibly rude.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a coffee this morning and almost had to vomit in my car on my way to work. How does a vanilla latte end up smelling and tasting like actual rotten fish? Seriously?? how?? Had to drive with my windows down because of the smell. Very concerning.

I go to this Tim's 4-5 times a week. Sometimes they are great and other times they get your order completely wrong, and instead of getting a Dark roast double double, with a jalapeño bagel you get a regular and sesame seed bagel....

I so wish it wasn't so hard to get my breakfast sandwich double toasted. Quit rushing it through the toaster. Some of us don't like doughy texture!!! This happens every Monday morning!

The place was quite busy at the drive thru. I tried the double stack burger and was very disappointed. Not very good. The coffee was stone cold. Don't go there.

Would not recommend. We ordered two chicken wrap meals at the drive thru. They took a while to come, which would have been totally fine had both our wedge fry containers not been half full. If put together into one container, they barely made a full container. Given its $20 for the two meals I'd rather not be ripped off. We took a picture of the container to show how empty it was.

Every time I go to this Tim’s they always mess up my orders. I haven’t had a single great experience from them; with their lack of attention to orders and the extremely slow service. This particular location can never get even my coffee order right. Just absolutely disappointed.

The worst service here i ever seen in any tim hortins. I orderd iced coffee and they forget to put ice. How funny? I ordered keprecy sandwich and they forget to give chipotle but charge it sandwich is also cold. Its not first time. Make it better please.

Well, well, well ... more than 1/2 dozen employees and soooo many issues to put a simple order of two coffees and 5 pieces of donuts together.The good thing: the cinnamon bun exceeded our expectations. Must be really good when fresh from the oven and still warm.

This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They have thrown the quality of their products out the window to pump orders out as fast as possible. I unfortunately go to this location most days on my way to work only because no other location is on my way and I’m disappointed with the product I’m being sold 9 times out of 10. You ask for a simple request like leaving a wrap in the grill for a few more seconds to crisp it up and they serve it to you floppy. I’ve gotten bagels that are burnt or one half has been in a panini press. And don’t even get me started on the lack of effort put into spreading butter, peanut butter, etc on bagels. I’d advise a change in management because it seems to be heading downhill fast.
