What a treat it was to have a personalized cup of matcha Frappuccino! I had never been so delighted over a drink at Starbucks! Just when I was about to grumble over taking more time than usual the friendly lady barista made my day with cute HAPPY BIRTHDAY ?? sign!
Cynn (Cynthia) provided us with a super professional, friendly, and cheerful level of service yesterday at the drive through! She made our day. Awesome human, fantastic clear communicator. Please give her a raise! And recognition for keeping spirits high in what I’m sure is a generally stressful job serving folks who need their caffeine fix!
This Starbucks location took longer than usual to make two drinks which is understandable. But when the manager thanked us for waiting, they decided to also add “We all have places to be today” which felt very inappropriate and extremely condescending. You would think management was trained better to deal with guest interactions, especially when things are taking much longer than the usual Starbucks standard.
Hands down the best Starbucks experience I have ever had. The barista that was working the lobby was a pure gem to talk to. She helped me pick my souvenir mug and our drinks were perfect

Never have I ever encountered a manager (or assistant manager) as personable as Maria.She dealt with an issue we had at a surrounding Starbucks and handled everything perfectly. We left super happy.Ps; the staff here are always on point and friendly, if all management is somewhat like Maria, I understand why!Thanks Maria! ❤️
I was talking to my 13-year-old daughter last night and she told me that almost every day after getting off the bus from school she stops in at Starbucks and orders a water. She sits sometimes and does some home work. Sometimes she just gets the water and leaves.Not once have they charged her and always gives her great service! Thank you Starbucks for being very kind to her
What happened to this location?! The quality is something you'd expect from a Tim Hortons. They can't get the order right. The coffee is either too warm or weak. Even the breakfast sandwiches, would it kill the staff to make sure the sandwiches are put together before they are placed in bags. Can you please make sure my sandwich doesn't look like someone sat on it.
Usually a good place to order from except for the long drive thru. I order on app most of the time so not a big issue.Today though when I got home I found out they gave me two black coffees when the one in the image is suppose to be a blonde vanilla latte.
Really friendly baristas, I feel very welcome when coming by. Nice location and layout, too. I don't drink coffee often but I find myself wondering if I should make time to go and get a drink + stay awhile in the seating area.
