Hands down the best pizza around. Ive also had other food there that is really good. Next time were going to dine in. I only order pizza from San Remo. We refuse to order from other pizza places. You might pay a little more for a pizza but you get what you pay for, and the pizza is amazingMy man has been ordering from this place for over 20 years.Dina's special is probably my favorite.I want to apologize for asking for the parmesan on my pizza. I just love parmesan and all Cheese..They put on the side in a dish.. writing this review is making me want there pizza....Yum Yum. Definitely deserve my 5 star. Local supporting is also great.

My favorite pizza of all time. Alot more filling than the typical pizza you get everywhere so be prepared. #1 recommendation is the Bill's Mediterranean with a side of the house hot sauce and a piece of tiramisu for dessert ??.

We ordered a pizza that it had mushrooms, onions, pineapple and tomatoes and.... , all ingredients were uncooked and when we complained about that the manager told us it's the way we prepare pizza and it is normal (with a rude attitude ). We paid $35 for a medium but he returned us $25 cash! He literally charged us $10 for just sitting there and waiting, I read some reviews about managers' behaviour, but I couldn't believe such horrible customer service.

Great portions!Love the half chicken half ribs combo. So much food for $25.95. lots of leftoversWasn't too busy. They are doing serverless service now, just get a menu choose what you want and order at the bar, then they bring it to your table.

Surprisingly good! ?? I’m one of those that who doesn’t eat the edge, but for this traditional pizza ? crust, I made a yummy ? exception. Good quality ingredients make a huge difference and this thick pizza has them. I’d just add a bit of salt to it , because diced tomatoes ? can take the flavour away from the deli meats…a few drops of Worcestershire sauce will do the trick . Very nice ambiance and good customer service.

Very very upsettingWe order all the time from San remos and never had any issues. Delicious pizza and pasta. But tonight we ordered our regular 2 medium pizzas and upon picking it up taking it home and opening the box we seen that they put pineapple all over the pizza when we ordered a meat pizza with shrimp added. When I called the manager argued with me about a credit saying she would remake our pizza and deliver it. We said no thank you. She then said that she would only credit us for a small pizza when we paid $60 for 2 medium pizzas! After some more arguments she finally gave us a credit for one medium which was all I was asking for. Horrible customer service and we most likely will never go back because of her. Be aware there’s other complaints about this management.

Still no dine in service so didn’t order there. Went there in the weekend but found out they only do take out. I used to like eating there because it was quiet and cozy in there. Wish they would open up again.

I have frequented this restaurant many times over the years and I still maintain that the best pizza in the Tri-City area continues to be at San Remo's. I do miss eating inside the restaurant but that is solely due to the pandemic situation. Carryout and Delivery are the only options.

Fantastic service. And Delivered to my house without issues and they were kind and courteous. They initially wrote my order wrong, but it was just a misunderstanding over the phone and it was fixed ASAP. Over all amazing food and a kind driver. 10/10, I fully understand why my family has been going there for over 20 years :)

Evening of December 13th. Placed an order for delivery, family sized lasagna and 2 pops. Received order about an hour later, and upon opening it I saw a long black hair baked into the dish. Please see attached image. I called the restaurant to request a refund OR a store credit and the incompetent manager 'Mary' states that she can only send a new order and is unable to provide me with a refund or a store credit as per the 'rules of san remos' to which I responded that I was not going to wait another hour for dinner and had lost my appetite for their restaurant. I understand mistakes happen, I wasn't even mad at the situation but instead at how she decided to deal with it. She sent out another delivery which took another hour. Used to be a local fav for pizza and pasta, but I will not be supporting this poorly run establishment any longer
