I love Quiznos but this location is always closed. Not many locations left but Subway is just far, far more convenient. Open early, late, and open DAILY.
It didn't seem like the sandwich contents were what was ordered. Only realized this after getting to a point of no return driving down the road at the end of my lunch break.
Have been a loyal Quiznos customer for as long I can remember, but what happened to me at this location, is both pathetic and unreal.I drove from Kelowna and decided to stop here to get some food before heading home. I was hungry, exhausted and needed to use the washroom.I asked the lady right after ordering my sub if I could use the bathroom but she told me that "due to Covid 19 restrictions there were not available".What was the alternative? Putting your order on hold, walking 300 meters to Safeways and ask them to let you use their bathrooms instead.This non sense added 25 unnecessary minutes to my day, and trust me. I will never buy food at this location again.Wouldn't be a lot easier to clean your bathrooms rather than giving your customers bs? Or is this a money saving issue? In any event....what bathroom does the manager use? UnrealPs. I just read several other reviews after posting my own, at its pretty clear that this Quiznos has serious issues that are not addressed by the franchise owner.. Maybe Quiznos HQ should step in to prevent their brand from being trashed any further
Went in for lunch yesterday and ordered a 6" Carbonara Chicken with extra sauce and asked for zesty grille sauce. The sub did not have extra carbonara sauce. The peppers were wrapped with the sandwich, when they should be put in a container. The customer service was mediocre, I was the one saying please and thank you. I won't visit this location again.
"Closes in 45 minutes"Hmmm... This store looks awfully closed to me. Maybe you should stay open for your posted business hours.

Always fantastic customer service from Ash at the POCO Quiznos. Every time I place a catering order, everything is always correct as I requested & always on time! They even went out of their way to label everyone’s orders. Definitely recommend ordering your catering lunch through this location! Thank again for continued great service, it is much appreciated :)
Best sandwiches ever, the broccoli soup is amazing. Friendly staff, excellent service..good job to all staff...will alway stop in when in the are...

The Honey Bacon Club and the Carbonara sub sandwiches are great. But the wet meat method of warming the sliced beef isn't the best, and can sometimes be not drained enough. The bread is great, much better than chubway. Employees at this location are very nice. I wish you were open on Sundays (and past 6pm!) which is a bit of a negative.
