excellent!!!I have been a regular customer at Quesada in Port Coquitlam for I think over an year now. The foods tastes good and is fresh.I have always found all the staff to be very friendly and courteous.For spicy food lover I would definitely recommend trying their Ghost pepper sauce. I would also like to give a special mention to the manager/ franchise owner Ying. She is an expert at customer service always smiling and also remember most of my preferred topping without me having to prompt her ????
Really good service and they are fast. The restaurant is very clean and well staffed. Healthy and fresh ingredients, tasty, generous portion, affordable prices.2nd time I have had the bowls and both times excellent!
I have been to this location in average twice a week for the past year. I have always received excellent service, the food is fresh and the portions are good. Some younger employees seem to be in a rush sometimes with online orders and such, and it can be felt as a result on the prep side. Never was the case with Edna, she is hands down the best here ! For most people leaving negative reviews, I would advise to smile and be nice to those workers, it does wonders most of the time.
Clean, friendly service. Reasonable price and great food ,of course! You can make your own meal with lots of options. Also we ordered nacho for dessert. It is really yummy.The lady was so kind, helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Everything was fresh, tasty, and nothing was greasy. Would love to visit again?
It's a nice and easy access place that is great for take out. The food quality is good but burritos were not wrapped right and the queseadilla would fall apart. The ingredients were tasty and fresh.
Just order two burritos and a burrito bowl for my family’s lunch. Very tasty, the right amount of spice and good amount of food. Ordered online and the ladies were making it when I walked in-perfect timing. Will definitely come here again.
BEFORE LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW CONSIDER THE EMPLOYEEWent again tonight, as usual, the employee (like all of them) there was kind, young and helpful. Yet he was clearly struggling to handle all the online orders as well as in person orders and running the entire restaurant himself. In what situation is it okay for a kid to be working alone at night in a busy restaurant? It wasn't even very busy, yet it was clearly more than one kid should be doing alone. I seriously hope management changes the treatment of employees at this location. The store was dirty as a result of understaffing, reviews here are clearly mixed and there are other reviews about poor treatment of the employees. I urge anyone looking for a job to look elsewhere, or for the current employees to unionize.The employees also say tips are "Shared" which makes no sense considering there is usually only one person working at any time.I would love to hear about the tipping policy from the company themselves.I usually never leave reviews, but what I've seen here is terrifying.I hope a union/corporate/workbc get involved and investigate.I wish I could continue eating here, but seeing just how stressed the employees always look makes me feel sick.Otherwise, the food is really good. (when the employees have time to make it right which isn't very often)You guys have great hardworking employees here. Treat them like humans.
First experience here and I was very happy!The staff was quick and friendly! Love this place! ️Lots of vegetarian and meat options you can choose from. The food was fresh and restaurant was tidy. Will def be coming back.
I just ordered food from here this evening and just looking at was disappointed. The servings were tiny, my quessidilla was undercooked and chicken tasted like the chicken out of a can. Not impressed as I spent $50 here. Was expecting more.
Just ordered from here for the first time. Wow this is amazing! The dang thing is almost the width of my thigh and tasty as heck to boot. Would recommend to anyone with a burrito craving.
