A day ago I ordered bbq chickenThe pizza was full of vegetableThey just put few chicken piecesWasted my money ?Never gonna order from this place again
Great pizza & price. Hot. Fresh. Delicious.
Food is subpar. They also let there delivery drivers park in handicap spots and are dismissive when you tell them. This behavior is deplorable and disgusting.
I would not go to this place for any pizza because they don't put anything on the pizza all they give you is the do I even gave the lady a tip I made sure to tell her that give me extra stuff on my pizza and she said no we can't do that it's our policy I would not recommend this place to anybody would not order from this place. Order from other locations... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LOCATION. I am very mad and frustrated
The most horrible place you can ever imagine. To start, got my order wrong and used the least amount of ingredients on pizza- clearly trying to save money on anything and dont care about the clients. Secondly, the boneless chicken is a sad story on it is own- probably 4 pieces of the most skinnies meat.I called them to complain about the wrong order and i have been told that on top of us waiting 45 min just to get our food, we should have all returned back to pizza hut and then they would have replaced it. No sense of Covid procedures and creating their own policies- cause it is definitely not on their website. Called probably three times to speak with manager and no decency even to call back.Dont go there, you will regret it.
Just ordered boneless bites and unfortunately ate raw chicken. Literally nothing worse than raw chicken. Yuck. Super disappointed.
BadEvery single time I order delivery, food sometimes doesn't even show up or it take 2 hours !!! And after waiting 2 hours you get soggy, mushy and cold food. Both pizza boxes were wet and pressed down. This was my second and last time ordering food from here. Pathetic service !!
Heads up to anyone looking to order over the phone or just any general inquiries that involve a phone call - they don't pick up. I ordered from this location through the online service and when my order was approaching 30 min past when it was set to arrive, I attempted to call the store to get an ETA on my food. I called 4 times and the line just continually rang. At one point I got through to what I assume was a dispatch or support center for the company and when I explained what I was trying to do the words of the agent were "oh yeah, that store never picks up". Horrible service and won't be using this location again.
I used to go to the Burnaby pizza place after evening classes at Douglas College with a group of students and a teacher, great times. The one in Poco mirrors that experience as we never went in over 30 years. I would go again, love the crust and more...
