I had the grilled sate beef and spring roll vermicelli dish here. Portion size and flavor were great. Price was reasonable for how much they gave you. Staff were more friendly compared to other larger Pho restaurants. I would definitely come back to try their pho.
My favorite pho location in all of Vancouver area. Having lived and eaten Vietnamese cuisine in Vietnam as well as cities that have large Vietnamese community (I. E Edmonton) this place is very close in authenticity. Staff are friendly and and the ambience is average.

I understand culture differences, I appreciate and respect other culture's food. I have been in so many restaurants in my life. I also understand the true meaning of customer service. I visited this restaurant many time in different time, the owner gets angry at you when you ask for anything extra like couple of lemon wedges or foe cilantro or complain about something wrong with the order. be prepared to not ask for to much and they do not like it when you complain.
This place has the most TERRIBLE service. I took my mom there and my kids, and we all ordered beef noodle soup, however the soup it’s self wasn’t hot and my mom asked the server if she could heat it up more in the microwave for 2 mins so my mom can enjoy her soup hot not room temperature, the server did that and my moms soup came back very hot. but when I went to pay for our bill, the owner lady came to me told me if I wanna do that next time ask to heat it up, not to come back.!! Word for word, she said “if you wanna hear it up ur soup more next time, don’t come” I was shocked and I said nothing, I was busy with my kids I paid and left. I cannot believe she told me that. This was my place I ordered pho for over 2 years during covid and this was the experience when I ate in person after so long. Never coming back or ordering here again. That was beyond rude. I was stunned.
I’m a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine which is why this Pho Huy restaurant is a huge disappointment. The food was not appetizing and cold. The staff don’t seem to want to be there and are rude when I asked for some condiments. I’m an immigrant myself but the staff hardly speak English which made ordering and voicing any concerns I had very difficult. I will not be repeating my visit and don’t recommend this Pho restaurant to anyone.
Been coming here for years and their soups are delicious, taste natural, awesome toppings selection, and staff is friendly. They have thick accents so pay close attention but the Chicken Pho is my favourite and always makes a bad day great!
So far my number 1 choice for dine in and take out place for beef pho in Coquitlam. Always love their homemade chilies oil paired with pho and eat together. Good service. Another reason was I won’t felt so thirsty after the meal compared other pho restaurants.
This is it. This is the best Pho place I've found! The portions are large, as you'd expect, but the taste, fragrance, and presentation is above even my high standards. And the abundance of "real" chicken was a big surprise. Don't let this "hole in the wall" eaterie pass you by. Now I want to take my friends there! Plus, the service was very fast, efficient, friendly, and non rushed. Complimentary tea and lots of free parking! I can't wait to go back!
