Although we came tonight right at dinner rush, we completely understood the stress staff experienced while trying to deal with these rushes. Sadly, one customer was not understanding, got out of his vehicle, began cussing staff out, then when he was angrily leaving caused some road rage by cussing out a customer that was parking. To this ‘person’ that felt the need to be a bully towards the staff, all you did was embarrass yourself in front of a whole McDonalds parking lot. To the staff that handled the dinner rush, do not take anything that sick person called you and said towards you. Staff you did good, thank you for serving us under so much stress and pressure, keep shining!
My son ordered drivethru, pay the full price but he got cheated! There's no BURGER in it just the bread and cheese! Customers beware, check your item before leaving!!!!
I will not be back at this McDonalds. Simple request "fries well done" not that challenging if a task, keep em down a little longer... White fries are gross fries... Asked specifically at the window if the fries were well done... The person said yes WITHOUT looking in the bag... She was irritated that I would not move my car until I looked at the fries.... And there they were pasty, gluey, albino white.... Busted. They took them back walked out the order to my car, and I swear they were the exact same fries just colder... Ugh.
Mac Donald is always a preferable food outlet for brunch. Today I visited this place due to visit next to ICBC Port Coquitlam. ✅It is located on main road at Oxford connector.Nice seating arrangement inside with awesome ambiance. ✅✅✅✅Three washrooms (man, women & combined) are available. ✅✅✅Online order screen as usual on all locations are available. ?No complains & thank you for serving to the community. ?
Drive through is convenient, there's a line up there all the time. But you can still dine in. Always got a deal here and there. Plese take advantage of their app
Went to this location to get my mobile order, but we refused to get a drink becuz it shows as pending on their system. We showed our mobile order since it already went through but Navpreet kept saying she can’t give any. I feel like im begging for food that I didn’t pay. Her attitude is horrible and i wish I can give -stars for this experience if it is possible.
This aparently is a large fries. Started off as the next mcdonalds ever. Then service and quality went down dramatically every week that went by. Especially if you order skip or uber. You will NOT receive your entire order. Something WILL be missing or completely wrong.
If you like cold soggy fries, this is the location for you! You have a better chance at winning the Lotto Max than getting them hot.Asked for the largest size McFlurry. It was so small I’m not sure why it came in a cup. She could’ve fed it to me on the spoon.I had to give it at least 1 star to post this. That’s the only reason why they got one.
I used to like coming here when they first opened but the quality has definitely gone down recently so we stopped going to this location. The fries are always cold and half full and the burgers are always cold. Looks like the standard menu burgers are made too far in advance and just sitting there getting cold when we get it.
Just went through drive thru and Got Food, and the main item( big mac) of the meal was forgotten, and junior chicken's were so poorly wrapped the sandwhich fell out of the wrapping on the ride home! All items were paid for, so I tried to call three time's to arrange a refund but got no answer. Always problems at this mcdonalds. Go elsewhere.
