Placed an online order today and we picked up. After getting home we realized we are missing items from our order. We had to drive an extra 20 mins and pay this expensive gas for the mistake their employee made. After telling them somethings missing from our order they first doubt and then just act like whatever take it. No apologies no nothing, junk customer service and guess never ordering anything online from here.
I bought a pizza, but I couldn't eat it. You can't call it pizza. And money is a pity and remained hungry.
For Hot and Ready, the only thing hot is the temperaments of the people working there and they are ready to tell you off when you ask why they never have anything prepared. I am finding the entire franchise is slipping, but this location is really the worst. Never again! Zero stars not available for rating unfortunately.
I am sad to say my experience here was not a pleasant one. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and when I got home I opened the box to find a pepperoni pizza. I called the store to tell them I received the wrong pizza and they argued with me saying that I did order a pepperoni pizza. They repeated on the phone that I ordered a stuffed crust “cheese” pizza and at the store when I picked it up! I know I can pick the pepperoni off the pizza but I don’t know why they were arguing on the phone with me saying I ordered a pepperoni pizza because I did not!
Pretty good cheap pizza. The staff have always been nice and never messed up an order. I like the option of ordering online, showing up, grabbing the pizza out of the locker thing and being on my way.
Don't try it. It is wast of money
