Excellent tasting food. The Calamari could have been deep fried alittle longer with more salt added. The fried rice is very tasty.Everything else is excellent. The price is right and the lady owner is very courteous.Poor cashier girl was saying sorry to everyone as the restaurant was backlogged with orders. Skip the dishes driver picked up 10 dishes before I got my 5. All in all the food was fresh n tasty. I had to give the 10% off to cash sales as a tip to the cashier. She was very courteous and apologetic to all the customers waiting for their food. The Richmond market squid was excellent !!!!!!!!
The portions were well deserving of the price! The taste was excellent! And it came within 45 minutes. So.... who could complain?! Decibel will be a return customer
Best Cantonese style Chinese cuisine in Port Coquitlam. Friendly staff. They remember your preferences if you're a frequent customer. Unassuming, but there's no doubting the taste.
Great Chinese food. First time trying it out. Family owned and operated. Owner and staff are very polite and portions are generous. Quality was excellent
This is our first time trying food from here. Unfortunately, despite being very close to our house I won't be back. Even with some ok flavours of different components, the quality of the ingredients was not there. For $50+ tip for 2 solo combos and some appie wontons, it completely disappointed.Pros: food was mostly hot, ready within 10 minutes of estimated pick up time. Beef vegetables and chow mein was fairly good. Fried wontons were not what I was expecting; flavour wasn't bad but they weren't crispy.Cons: almond chicken was inedible. It was soaked through with grease and the colour of the chicken was grey/dark beige. Fried rice was a bit scorched in places (black bits of rice). I didn't like the flavour in the spring roll. Chicken ball dough was mushy on the inside.
The food was terrific. Very fast and very friendly. We were very happy with all the dishes we ordered. Good size portions.
My wife and i just moved to Poco and have tried all the Chinese restaurants in the are. Don't do what we did and judge a book by its cover. Hands down the best and freshest chinese food you will have in port coquitlam. Little restaurant in a strip mal but the best service and food in the area. We will not be ordering anywhere else. Thanks again for everything cant wait for our next order :)
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. The honey chicken was pretty nice however the deep fried squid with spicy salt was inedible. It did not have the balance of salt and spice one expects in a dish of this type. It was overly spiced and bitter and had to dispose of it. The crispy beef chow mein was edible but disappointing.
Fantastic food, sharply priced, consistently great! Authentic. What more to ask for?
Not properly cooked, cold noodles, had to throw house special chowmein in the garbage. Barbecue pork soup also cold and awful ????
