Spent $10 on a healthy smoothie. Got a watery mess. Had to take it back to get it remade. The remade one was great. It should have been obvious though that the first one wasn't right - someone paying $10 for a smoothie is going to expect something made right, not $2 burger King level quality.
Food was tasty but I think the staff that I had was lazy? The chicken was cut and the hard boil egg came in whole....
i love freshii, but not this location. there's always been a weird vibe in there, all the workers look miserable and act like it. service is not great and who i assume to be the manager is always glaring at customers and seems a little off. the food is never as tasty as other locations and they frequently 'forget' add ons or special requests. not the proper way to conduct a business imo if you want returning customers but i won't be returning so that's not my problem !do better, poco freshii.
I ordered the tortilla soup, but the broth was so poorly mixed that the bottom literally tasted like salt. It was inedible.

Nice staff here and good healthy food but I have a few suggestions. I realize it's a healthy food restaurant but just a couple compromises would be great! 1- Please offer an option for a white flour wrap, the whole wheat adds a sweetness that many people don't like. 2- A bigger selection of chips, sunchips, BBQ would be nice. A few more soups would be cool. Great job here anyway!
The team at Freshii PoCo has been amazing during COVID. I always feel safe eating here. Today it was busy and the team were amazing under the pressure of the heat, and still wearing their masks and their PPE.I love this place and all the great people that work here. Thanks for keeping me healthy and fed during the pandemic and you guys are just the best Freshii around by far. Keep up the amazing work and i'll be back... again and again!!
Utterly appalled that DURING A VIRAL WORLD-WIDE PANDEMIC that STAFF were NOT WEARING MASKS NOR GLOVES while PREPARING FOOD! Additionally, there were no limits for numbers of people physically in the restaurant for pick up or dine in. I demanded a refund and promptly left. Went to Maple Ridge Freshii. Get your $#!t together, Freshii PoCo. No respect for the health of others. Utter Garbage.
