Do not like Dairy Queen period!! Soft ice cream is way too sweet( remember scientists have proven that white sugar behaves like dangerous drug to liver and kidney)
Customer service was awful .I think it's a family business and clearly the employees do not like there job at all.DO BETTER DQ
These guys close 30 minutes early. If you show up in the last thirty minutes, they will NOT serve you.Do not go to Dairy Queen. They do not respect you. Goto McDonalds. Trust me.
i come in here all the time and all the women who work here are always rude. I got two meals today super easy she still forgot my fries after I watched her put it on the screen and repeat it back to me then after said she never charged me. They aren’t sanitary AT ALL I watched them touch the food after touching the screens and the machines without washing there hands, using sanitizer, or gloves?
Burgers are surprisingly good for an icecream shop. Breadsticks look like they've been dipped in cooking oil though.
I cant order here anymore because it doesnt sell anything that isnt a 'stacked' burger. why the hell would you have a full menu of several patty burgers. Im pretty sure majority don't eat several patty burgers.
I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. I shared one with my son yesterday at a different location and it was great. This location was also fresh and tasty but the amount of fries was a small. Not in a basket box with lots of fries like the previous location. I asked if this was the basket and the lady at the till said yes. It was very small. Especially when I took the 3 packs of ketchup out of the fry container?
I been coming to this location since it opened, I never had a problem until tonight. Stuff was not helpful at all that staff use to be betterWas not helpful when I was trying to explain about the ice cream and she was going around in circles and giving attitude and decided to say something rude underneath her breath as she turned around was not very happy, thought customers all always right.She was working at cash with long hair and she was shorter, also you should not have a false advertising photo in front if that’s not what you have in the store that is not right what so. ever low key just wasted money.
This place is horrible, please don’t waste your money here. Our strawberry cheesecake blizzard was not mixed properly and she did not flip it over. As a Dairy Queen regular you expect them to flip the blizzard upside down as it is their main slogan. Flip it over, if it falls you get a free one. That was not the case here, if we had flipped it over the whole blizzard would have been on the floor. We also ordered a large cotton candy dipped cone, and If you look at the picture you can clearly see that it was rushed. It honestly looks disgusting. The cotton candy chocolate was not mixed properly and it had rough bits in it. She barely dipped it in and you can clearly see how translucent it is. On top of that, the customer service was atrocious. The lady at the front was showing us attitude and the other lady at the back slammed the blizzard on the table spilling some. I’m sorry but what kind of blizzard spills, it just goes to show how liquified it was. This is by far the worst dairy Queen I have ever been to in my life. If you’d like, there is a Dairy Queen in downtown poco which has never failed to impress us.
This is the worst Dairy I have ever been to. Went in yesterday and the staff were rather rude. The quality of the food I got was horrible as well, they didn’t even flip the blizzard upside down! They just slammed it on the table. I would advice that no one go to this trash can of an establishment and go to the Dairy Queen in downtown Poco.
