The ingredients are fresh. Always get bowls over burritos if you can as they seem like better value. The service was excellent. The best beverages are theor in house sodas like the watermelon lime soda or the mandarin soda. So good.
disappointed with the quality or whatever was going on in my nieces “quesadilla” not sure what this melted mess was. We couldn’t even peel off the shell and it was a soft mess.I was excited to try it out at first, but how can this even pass for a meal…
Great food quality, super convenient Chipotlane and pickup. Been looking forward to this place opening for a long time and go at least once a month. The Android app is easily the best in the business. So easy to use and the orders are always hot and fresh and on time. Try the lemonades instead of the usual soda fountain stuff, they're the same price! Love this place.
The staff were super friendly, service was fast, portions were massive and the food was delicious!!I walked in to order my meal, the place was clean and the staff were actively cleaning.Not sure why they have low reviews but I personally had a great experience!!*I opened my Burrito for your viewing pleasure.. was messy to eat afterwards..*So you're welcome
I don’t know what it is about this specific location, but the meat is so much more spicy than all the other locations around greater Vancouver. I’ve eaten here a few times and plenty around town, always my mouth is on fire here. It’s good and tastes great (as I like spice), but I’ll never be able to order it for family members who don’t like the heat.
Trying the new location was a surprising experience, the food was fresh and the customer service satisfactory.
Delicious food as always and amazing customer service. They were efficient and wrapped the burritos perfectly. The restaurant was very clean and organized as well.
Updating my review, came here on Friday night and the kitchen was dirty. I get that they were busy but this is a restaurant cleanliness should be top priority. There was garbage all over the floor, dirty gloves, receipts food.
Staff was rude and don’t accept their mistakes. Made excuses instead of replacing a watery bowl. The manager simply said “ we don’t add water to our bowls”. How dumb can someone be??? Small portions compared to other chipotles.
Delicious food.It took a while to get my order but they were clearly understaffed. Good crew though, they hung in there while they should of had at least 2 or 3 more people to help them.
