Terrible burger. Thick end cut tomatoes. Sponges bacon and when they screwed up my order...they asked me to pay again.
It was slow service but thr employees were really pleasant.
We came here for lunch the other day and it wasn't even busy. Both of are burgers were cold and burnt as well as the fries. We complained and they replaced them, which to no surprise they tasted the same as the first ones.I also went to use the washroom and a staff member came out of the bathroom stall and didn't even wash his hands. I only hope for the publics sake he washed them in the kitchen before preparing food. Nonetheless it was a bad experience and would never return to this location.?
Take the drive thru no matter what. They completely ignore the in store counter. No line in store and it took me 15 minutes to receive my whopper as I watched countless cars go through the drive thru.
So I ordered two burgers/sandwiches and never had an issue before but looking at my bagging ticket/ receipt I got charged an extra dollar with no explanation why. I know its only a dollar but come on I feel stolen from. No other issues from this location other then the speaker box is sometimes hard to hear being next to the road.
I ordered Hamburger 2for8 and 3 Fries then I take my kid to washroom, when we back to the vehicle they give my wife 3 drinks by the mistake then I return to the store but they didn't expect but I put drinks in the store and gone. their customer service was very very awful
I can't find a better BK within Greater Vancouver then this one, every time I am in Coquitlam, I am tempted to go this BK for a Whopper. They have the best Whopper I find so far, the burger platter is just good, not over cooked and right amount of Vegetables. Also nicely packed with wrapping for each Whopper.Washroom is very clean and niceThat's why I give 5 Stars to this BK.
Missed item that was paid for at drive through. Went back for it and wasn't given as much as a coupon for my trouble. Server handles payment at the window then handles food without washing her hands even though she claims she does. Not even a swipe of hand sanitizer was used.
Friendly fast service. Limited seating but overall it appeared neat, well run and clean (compared too some). Fast food prepared according to expectations.
