Ordered oolong on my first visit. 30% of the cup is filled with ice. Tea flavour is too dim and the milk isn't as good as other bubble tea brands.... i do not recommend.... (the pearls were alright, just not happy with the liquid contents)
So great flavours of drinks to try here. And they get all the classics right. Come hungry because the food here is satisfying too. Comfy places to sit and an easy location to order for pick up.My fave drink is strawberry taro with coconut jelly and my daughter likes the toreo (taro and Oreo) with pearls.They are very good with mixing flavours that you want to try.
This place doesn’t even deserve 0 star. These are worst bubble teas I’ve ever had. The drinks are absolutely appalling. Ordered the tiramisu “sea foam”. Foam is nowhere to be seen. It sank like the Titanic. Also ordered brown sugar MT and it tasted like INSTANT ICED COFFEE with 1kg of sugar! They have the audacity to charge $7 for these drinks. Also, the drinks are not even full.
Terrible experience and worst bubble tea I ever had. The cashier was rude and impatient. Order the signature Thai tea and it tastes like water mixed with milk. The pearls were hard and not fresh. The drink looks completely different than it is shown on the menu. Would never recommend ppl to go there for bubble tea.
Messed up my order multiple times. Did not apology. I ordered a drink with pearls and “combo 6” which comes with fires. Neither the fries or the pearls came with my order. There was about 12groups behind me, and 2 groups ahead of me waiting for drinks. The sad part is, when i arrived the store was empty. By the time i got my order, the place was packed with highschool kids. They hire incompetent workers. They have audacity to charge 8$, how pathetic.
Terrible service. Was there today at 4:00 pm and was informed that boba will be ready in 20 mins. Came back in 45 mins and was told that boba will be ready in another 25 mins.This place wasn’t even busy but noticed several customers complained that they waited over 20 mins for their drinks. And the staff here never say thanks or smile to their customers. Been here and definitely won’t be back.Very terrible customer service!!!!!EDIT:Please DO NOT accuse me of trying to get free drinks from your store! I had over 100+ points and was just simply asking why I only had 18 points and wanted to know the details of the transactions. I DID not complain why my points were removed. I was just simply inquiring.Also, there are still store signage clearing stated free drink when purchase $25 and the owner told me that the offer was no longer valid after that day but he will honour for me. A few days later your manager told me that this promotion is still going on. Therefore I purchased another gift card!!!! I did not try to scam free drinks.My actions were not wrong. I still have money on my gift card and my daughter wanted to learn to order item on her own so I let her be independent.FACT: Was told that the boba will be ready in 20 mins and came back more than 35 mins later but told it will be ready in another 25 mins.My review was NOT fraudulent! Why is it fraudulent when I stated the fact that your staff misinformed me and caused inconvenience for me.Please get your facts right before accusing someone.
Blend is our go-to bubble tea spot in the tri-cities.Quality of the drinks is always best in class. 4 stars because the service would not be described as quick, and the building itself in the summer time gets extremely hot.
waited 30 minutes for them to not make 1 of 2 drinks i ordered. then had to ask where they were after seeing multiple people who ordered after me get there drink first. worst customer service. they never made my second drink i had to get a refund. never again. i was a recurring customer but after this terrible experience never again.
They're alright.This place is nothing to write home about but they give you good bubble tea consistently and for a fair price.Their food is good too.
Worst customer service from the guy cashier. Very rude and the attitude was just unbelievable. No thank you and rushed my orders. Extremely grumpy. Wanted to speak to the manager/owner but he was on the phone and I needed to go to pick up my kids.Will definitely won’t be back and will tell my friends not to come here.
