This was my first time ordering here; my usual 5 star place was closed for vacation time. I got a bad vibe when I walked in and I should have turn but here we are. It was barricaded, uninviting and stark. A lone person stood behind the counter about 15 feet away and we just yelled back and forth. She seemed impatient and unwilling to accommodate my simple request of a meal for one. The food was overpriced and nothing to rave about and the vegetables were still raw.
I tried a few times. They don’t use good ingredients at all, and use too much msg I guess. Food was too salty.
Well I very much enjoyed their food but not their customer service. I used to come here at least once a month our last visit last month we last month we had our sweet-and-sour pork missing and and they said come on back any time and get it so and get it so I just called today to try to place my order and they said sorry we can't replace that for you.This is the 2nd time I've called back and they say call on a different day may be a different person took your number so unfortunately I will not be eating here anymore it it's too bad but there's lots of Chinese restaurants out there

The last two times I’ve order from them, they hadn’t even started making my order when I arrived to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready for pickup. I can’t order from them again.

Used to serve good food. Quality has gone down significantly and prices have increased. Cannot recommend this establishment. Friendly customer approach is not a strong suit either.
One of the better Chinese restaurants on the North Shore. More authentic than most and surprisingly tasty. The dishes were not oily and they were well seasoned. Pricing is decent. We've been looking for a decent Chinese restaurant on the North Shore for the longest time and think we've found one. Will give their other dishes a try.
