I feel that white spots quality of food has been going down for the past few years. I had the cob salad and the dressing was runny and bland, I ordered a side of briskets and added that to my salad and it made a huge difference. My daughter had a lamb burger with poutine, she likes it but she said the fries were hard and she only ate the cheese on top. Not a good or a bad experience. The brunch menu was somewhat limited and didn't include an omelette, which I thinks it's weird.
Just received the worst cob salad I have ever seen - like a sloppy coleslaw - the only thing edible or fresh was the hard boiled eggs - $19.99. Made my concerns known and was given a green side salad - then charged for it! White spot - you need to up your game on quality, service and presentation
Happy hours are great and excellent customer service and friendly staff. Consistent quality and service. I’ve been a customer in Richmond since I moved here in 1980 and also I was a customer in Victoria and Vancouver and Kelowna and Kamloops,etc.??❤️⛩??

Great go-to spot for family meals. Often restaurant parking is full. Can park at bank nxt door after hours or in Save On Foods parking lot. Car Charging stn right in front of restaurant.
Fries were cold, hamburger bun wasn't fresh and my drink can after I'd eaten most of what was edible. This is the third bad experience from this chain (different locations)and likely m last visit.
We went for a family meal tonight and had Shauna as our server. She was lovely, friendly, prompt and kind. The food was tasty and the kids enjoyed. Thank you Shauna!
Foods are better here than the one in Park Royal, Lonsdale, Park and Tilford.Plenty of parking spaces.I like it’s newer, cleaner interior.
Well, 3* because it was just full of loud kids and they could’ve seated two adults somewhere away from the screaming children.
