Been coming to the white spot for as long as I can remember and as long as I can remember the customer service has been top notch. But I would like to mention the outstanding customer service I get from Diane, if I am with either one of my sons I make a point of sitting in her section. She always makes a fuss over them, remembers their names and always has a pocket full of stickers. It keep our family coming back time and time again.
WhiteWe came here for a quick lunch as we knew the food was reliable. They didn’t disappoint as we all gobbled up our food after a day of moving. We ordered the seafood fettuccine, beef dip & avocado impossible burger. The avocado burger was a nice change & wouldn’t hesitate to order it again. With all burgers you can choose to have it wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun. There’s gluten free past too.Service was decent considering they were busy & short staffed. Great experience!
Food was good and prices were fair.Wasn't crowd but still wait a little long for our food.My fish was on the small side but was good; no hard crust, very fresh but my coleslaw was a bit tasteless.Coconut prawns were my favorite, absolutely perfect and the sauce was so good too
Never had a bad experience at this Whitespot location. The servers are always lovely and treat you like part of their family. We've ordered burgers from here on delivery apps before too and even those are pretty decent considering no burger is good through delivery. Definitely recommend.
Took my friends there for lunch on Wednesday and the service was awesome. Fellow had at least 4 tables and treated all of us like we were his friends. Food was excellent and the price was very fair.
We went on Father's day, it was very busy. The staff worked extremely hard to make our wait for seating short. Once seated they kept us served and entertained until they food came, which was well prepared and served.
I called restaurant and talked to the manager regarding complain about food I had last night .She had attitude and telling me ,I should have call last night and complain,not today because it’s too late to get benefits.I am doing a favour calling you and giving you a heads up about your kitchen,and you telling me its no point .Also ,she claimed that they had no complain over the fettuccini,so my complain is not good enough to take it seriously . She managed hardly to apologize,and saying she is leaving me something ,so I can pick it up . But lady I am not looking for getting benefit from you .watch out your kitchen and put your attitude for yourself ,not customers.
The place was fairly packed, and it was a 5 minute wait to be seated which is great!What is not great is waiting 40 minutes from the time of ordering for a simple burger and cheesesteak hash to show up on for the fries to taste and feel like they were sitting on the counter for a few days, the burger to be cold, and the cheesesteak hash to be barely room temperature.I have eaten here many times, but I have never received food service this poor. Must be an off day. Usually food is great, stuff is prompt and friendly, and I leave satisfied.
Ordered dinner for 4 people, 2 of which had just arrived from out of town and had never had White Spot before. Ordered a Cobb salad, a salmon burger w/fries, and 2 double burgers with fries. The Cobb salad was good. However, the salmon burger was cold, one of the double burgers was squished and the wrapper had come off because of it and all of our fries were under cooked and covered in brown spots.I have been going to and ordering from White Spots for almost 50 years. Not long ago (possibly because of COVID-19) they raised their prices, starting charging for dips and removed beverages from the 'combo' dinners. One would think that their quality control would be up to par. A very expensive and disappointing experience.
Friendly and attentive staff. Not busy on a Wednesday morning. Breakfast is around $17 for 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 2 pancakes and a small amount of potatoes. Food is hot but flavor was a 3/5. Amount of food on the plate is good for small eaters, but definitely not enough for men who like a decent breakfast. Establishment needs a upgrade as its looking old. Lots of parking. 3 stars
