This location used to be good with fast and helpful service. Lately it has been very poor service and consistently out of stock of multiple options. Tonight the employee was very rude and we had to cancel our order since they were out of 3 soft drinks and was then told that it was cash only.Very disappointed with the level of service
Super slow!I was walking my dogs and came here for a quick drink and grab to go some chicken wrap. 20 minutes for a "fast food" wrap. Drive thru was empty and there were 2 customers ahead of me so I dont understand what happened.Wrap was good but I was late for my appointment so I have to give 2 stars.Next time I'll go to A&W.
Super slow service at this location, avoid if you're in a rush.
Wendy's provided me with an impressive dining experience. The food had good taste and great texture - the burger patties were good quality and nicely cooked and the fries were very crisp. Everything was clean, and it was relaxing. I'll recommend it to others - my only regret is that I live far away.
Went to this location tonight. Have multiple complaints that led it to being a not desirable or good experience. I understand the difficulty of having appropriate stock within the food business, however; upon ordering they let me know they were out of buns and therefore could only do lettuce wrapped sandwiches. I ended up ordering a burger meal, with 2 frosty’s and an extra fries despite no buns and was very dissatisfied. The burger was poorly constructed and a mess that was falling apart. The fries were not fresh at all and had absolutely no salt. On top of all this I didn’t receive my drink that came in my combo.I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and would just suggest going to another nearby, or the Wendy’s location across the bridge.
The food is fresh and tasty. Very nice staff as we arrived quite late there and the store was about to close, the staff accepted our order with smile although they looked to have a very busy day.Thank you and we'll be there again
Great food but the drive thru is chaotic. I have seen fights of people cutting others off waiting to merge from different directions. Best burgers out there and the lemonade is great.
Came here on my lunch break and spent the entire 30 min break waiting for service. Ridiculously slow and incompetent workers here. Save your time n money, McDonald's is 5 mins away
I asked twice for no cheese on my burger because I have a dairy allergy and when I got home there was cheese on the burger. I didn't get a receipt or I would have gone back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It wasn't during peak hours or anything. The service is pleasant but not good.
It's Wendy's. The burgers were good but I wanted the mushroom burger which they just started advertising and this location didn't have any so a little disappointed. The drink selection wasn't great, out of syrups for most of the drinks. There were no drink trays to carry the drinks and Frosty's. It just didn't seem to be very well stocked. Shouldn't be out of supplies to make advertised burgers and should always have drink trays available. They also forgot my sides and I had to remind themThe staff was nice but they seemed overworked and under paid.I'm not sure if there are supply chain issues or if whoever does the ordering dropped the ball. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt given the current situation but I'm not sure I'll revisit this location any time soon
