Super helpful folks. I needed a bunch of pork belly, pork jowls, and grinding pork to make pancetta, guanciale, kielbasa, English bangers, chorizo, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, and Weisswurst and the guys organized all the meats I needed. Excellent place.
My wife and I went there today to purchase our aged prime ribs for Christmas they will prepare it and we pick it up a day or so before the big meal. The service was extremely good. Also bought sausages and other foods. They have fantastic meat pies at $8.00 each and the largest sausage rolls you will ever see$4.00 each. I could keep on going but you have to go there your self to understand the quality and variety. The only downside was they don't have the resturant operational due to Covid and I was looking forward to fresh fish and chips. Maybe in the new year it will open, hopefully.
Good place to find specialty butchers cuts or cured meats. The staff is very friendly and helpful to provide cooking tips too.Store is very spacious and clean with all the different products laid out.Recommend also trying their sausage rolls from the cooked food section.
Wow! Best meat we've ever tasted! Bought dry aged striploin today and it has so much flavor.Going back to buy more for sure!!
I came here for the first time a few weeks ago because I wanted to pay a little more for really nice meat. We usually shop at Costco or IGA. We ordered lamb chops and lamb skewers. The skewers were so chewy I could barely eat them and they cost $8 each. The chops were okay but no better than Costco's. I emailed the butchery because I was surprised by the quality considering the price and they get such good reviews. I was shocked that I got no response. I will not be returning.
I expected a quality product for the price of the meat. Unfortunately that was not the case as it was not very good quality. We emailed them regarding this and never heard back.
