Popped in today for the first time and will definitely come back! Sat on the patio and had the best dried ribs I’ve had in years! Friendly vibe with great service. Looking forward to coming back for trivia night and comedy nights as well. Happy hour prices are a bonus treat! Thanks Toby’s for a nice surprise today!

A nice local pub located in the village Canadian Tire is located. We enjoyed the great vibe and very good live music performance. Not a wide range of beer collection but they have some good stuff.Food and service was okay and price was reasonable

A nice British inspired atmosphere with friendly staff and alright food for the price. Unfortunately the day we arrived it seemed as tho they were a bit understaffed, so we didn’t get quite the service we expected however the waitresses made up for it by being friendly and apologetic. I hope this is not something that happens often because it is a nice spot for a quick bite to eat or a drink with friends.

What a fun North Vancouver pub! We had been for brunch but didn't realize that Toby's had live music every Saturday. Great band. We will be back!

This was the weirdest dining experience. We went in for dinner and drinks, but decided to order nachos first. We were told that the kitchen staff didn't prep the ingredients, so - no nachos today. OK! No worries. So, we switched to cajun chicken wings. What we got was the attached photo. Chicken wings (au natural) with a mayo based sauce of some kind. To dip in.What the...Thought this was hilarious. And I never thought I'd see the day that a bar messes up an order of chicken wings...We wouldn't have left this review if staff didn't come by to check-in on how we were doing, but they didn't, so....This, and the fact that this place was completely dead aside from a few other tables who were upset at other items that were not on the menu, made this a bizarre place to be. Thank goodness we didn't order dinner and decided to get on out of there.Oh, and the kitchen closed at 6:45pm...

Traveled to North Vancouver for a ball tournament and at the last minute we decided to see if we could get 20 people into a restaurant. Toby's accepted the reservation, gave us a shortened menu and knocked it out of the park. Our server was awesome, especially when he had to get all the orders and keep them straight from 9 17 year olds.... Great Job Toby's and thank you for being accommodating.

Great night with friends, singing along with Dianne Warren. Server was awesome too - went the extra mile or ten

There for a BDay party and was really a bit shocked. This is my first time here and I was very pleasantly surprised. We drank them out of bubbles, so if our crew is coming back, they may need to stock up.We'll be back to see how the staff and service is under regular circumstances. So far, so good.

First, i want to acknowledge that times are very tough in this business, and with staffing issues being the way they are, I get how things may be a bit up and down, till we return to normal. That said, good to here that things are improving judging from some recent reviews.Today we had a Ruben special, crispy chicken sandwich, and clubhouse, I sampled both (sharezees) and they were awesome. And of course the fries were good as we had 1/2f 1/2S. More importantly the side salad was so good. Nice balance of mixed greens, shredded carrot, cherry tomatoes and just a little avocado made it the perfect salad. Topped it off with a crisp Tobys larger and it made for great breakfast at lunchtime. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Yorkshire pudding was a bit over cooked in texture and colour but tasty; burger was ok. Nice to have 20 oz draft beer size available here.
