I was picking a skipthedishes order on july 15 at 5:30 pm, the girls here started preparing order only after I arrived there. I came driving 15 minutes from central lonsdale so that means they had order since then, i think no one is there to address this issue and they work however they want.
The absolute WORST location. I live in Deep Cove so there’s not a lot of fast breakfast options. Whenever I do go to this location I INSTANTLY regret it because they can never get an order right. This morning I asked for a chicken wrap, was asked if I wanted crispy or grilled and for whatever reason that is beyond me, I was given a sausage wrap? When I got home and realized I went back and asked to speak to a manager. When I told the manager that this happens CONSTANTLY I was met with disrespectful tone and rudeness from the manager. She offered no solution to the problem other than for me to not come to this location anymore. It is absolutely unacceptable that a drive thru messes constantly would have so much attitude about THEMSELVES messing up people’s order. I worked in food myself for 5 years, it is not that hard to get peoples orders right especially when they tell you exactly what they want. Staff at this location should honestly either be fired or re-trained or they should look for some simpler jobs since they clearly can’t handle a simple wrap or coffee.
I walked in to order a box of timbits, I was the only one standing there for a few minutes before they noticed me. Good variety of doughnuts for such a small location. One of the smallest Tim Horton's I've been to.
Double check your order after going here. They seem to not be able to get the order correct even when the order screen is correct. Past 3 times going my order has been wrong.
The worst food and coffee I have ever got from a Tim Hortons Branch. Smells and taste like washroom.
Ordered large coffee with 3 sugar.Received a large cup filled with something..like warm water and added milk powder...realized when I was already on the HWYThey're becoming cheap on coffee..to save$$
Staffs are very friendly, always happy to see and served you. No complaints about the orders, they always makes sure that it's correct and you're satisfied.
I ordered the London Fog tea made with almond milk, it was made perfectly. If you haven't tried this tea yet you should, it's pretty darn good. My favorite used to be the steep tea, not now! Fyi..if you order food from this location (or honestly almost EVERY location) always check or ask if they included a napkin 9/10 they don't!! I'm not sure why this is a constant problem at Tim Hortons restaurants, it baffles me?To end on a positive note, I ordered at the drive thru, the line was long, but it moved quickly.
Why did Tim Hortons start offering cappacino and lattes? They either don't train their staff how to properly make these coffees or the franchises are using inferior methods/components to save money. Regardless... for the paying customer - I'm tired of getting ripped off. When you tell them it's tepid, there is no vanilla, or you have recieved a latte when you ordered a cappa they look at you like you're from Mars. So you have to explain, it's not hot enough...? You can't taste the vanilla...? The cappa has too much milk in and has no foam...?Timmy's... this is my last bad review... I won't be back to any of your locations. Not even for a sour cream glazed.Your prices and eco fees are not worth my effort.
Need a hot coffee? Youll get it. Hit or miss on getting the orders right but thats pretty normal for Tim Hortons. Very busy location though, they do a good job with speed. Disappointed they don't let you mobile order lunch menu food items.
