Hi soo I had a bad experience with a an employee who works there. Thy got my order wrong and over charged me I asked for a large ice coffe and gave me a ice cap and charged me for it when I said ice coffe I said my or was wrong and the employee named Sam got all defensive and said why I didn't look at the scree when I paid in a vary rude voice i couldn't see because I didn't have my glasses I'm not impressed with the rudeness of her name was sam
Was good, I like that the staff remember me and know my drink preference!
Always had a great experience here. Staff are nice, wait times are not too bad ( morning are busy but they get through the lineup pretty quick)
Leaving this review as I’m standing waiting for my coffee, May 7th at 9.55 am. I am appalled with how one of Tim Hortons staff members spoke to me. As they were super busy, I simply ordered my coffee through the mobile stand, stood to the side so that I wouldn’t be on top of everyone else waiting for their coffee or for those sitting and enjoying their coffee. The staff member shouted Ma’am, you need to get out of the way, your blocking my line up (using excessive hand gestures) I understand if I was slightly in the way but there was nowhere else to stand, plus she could of approached it in a more polite manner. When I tried to tuck myself away to continue waiting for my coffee, she then says, can you just stand to the other side to get out of the way. Absolutely shocked by this, I simply said I’m just waiting for a coffee, and as that happened my coffee was served at the side where I had been waiting.Do better customer service!!!!
Delicious hand and cheese melts! And cheap coffee/hot chocolates. Good food if your on a budget
Staff here are not friendly and they argued with me about brewing a fresh pot I'd go to a different Tims then this one from now on coffee didn't taste good here ither tasted like salt
Please train your staff well on handling food,yes she’s wearing gloves but she came from the back I don’t even know if she changed it or not. I bought a crispy bacon ranch wrap,put in the grill for few seconds and took the wrap using her hands. There is a tong beside the grill,whats the use? And there’s a timer for a couple of minutes that is suppose to follow. She wasn’t happy when I told her that it is suppose to be grilled in few minutes.
Was served a spoiled and contaminated drink today, tasted off and smelt strongly of perfume/chemicals.Reached out to Tim Hortons representatives and they told me to contact DoorDash. Lack of responsibility. Will be reporting this store to local food inspectors.
Took a good while to get an Iced Capp on a Sunday afternoon since there was just one person working. There was just one order ahead of me, but soon after there was a decent line waiting to order. Saw some frustrated looks on customers.
Today around 10, 11am, we ordered 3 sandwiches, and got one wrong. This is not the first time that we paid more but got whatever else that costs less. Today, it was an order for the new steak & egg sandwich, but we got bacon & egg instead. We will just have to check the order every time we go there I guess. Doesn’t seem like the service would improve as it hasn’t in the past 3 years (at least)…….
