Probably one of the two slowest Tim's on the North Shore . ALWAYS seems to be u derataffed, yet no manager or owner anywhere to be seen to help out when there is a line. Also fairly rude emoyees, but this might be because of lack of support. I avoid this tims at all costs and drive 10+ minutes to go to another one.
Tim Hortons is oftened thought of as a Canadian institution. In fact, it's a sleazy, low quality, non-Canadian travesty. The company was recently reported to have invaded the privacy of users of its smartphone app.This location is populated by inattentive employees who serve up their lukewarm food and sh^t coffee for ever changing prices.Give this location and the overall corporation a wide, wide berth.

Generally this place is decent enough, but today arrived 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked.If you're going to close before your posted close time, just change your open times.I only wanted some donuts so I'm not upset or anything. Moreso just want management to be aware
THEY ARE USING JAMMERS! It has been the only store where I cannot get Tim Hortons points. The app DID NOT WORK. Because this happened too many times I insisted one day that I would not leave until the points (scanner) worked. A worker went to the back, came out and surprise..the scanner worked! I believe they use a jammer for whatever reason (this was during the last roll up to win). So I put it to the test. Used it on Esplanade ave in AM... No problem. at noon I opened up my app a block from The Tim's on 15th. Was working, no problem...but SURPRISE SURPRISE ONCE I GOT IN THE STORE IT NO LONGER WORKED! SHAME ON YOU!On top of that the service is poor at best, they get the orders wrong all the time and it takes FOREVER to get an order!I'm not sure how they benefit by using a JAMMER but They DO use one and it should be reported!
It's gone down hill... service is way to slow... its not staffed properly and the staff need to be better trained on organization and tune management.
One of the girls at Tim horton is really rude, when I asked her to heat something up for me she gave me attitude and said something in Indian language. She clearly has no idea of what customer service is. I later found some pieces of nails in my food. I will not be going back to this tim horton location! Terrible customer service.
The staff at this store are skilled, they know how to mess one’s order very well.They loud, rude and impatient.Every single time that I’ve visited this place they have either missed something in my order or they have ruined what was ordered. They can’t even get the DD right.
Bad, not to busy but took forever to get a coffee The staff here are the worst there rude. This Tim’s Hortons would be best located in HELL. Don’t come here!!!
This may be one of the worst run Tim Hortons. In the time it took for me to order my coffee, someone returned a breakfast sandwich that had no sausage, another customers online order was mixed up and then a cashier forgot to give a customer his change. By the time I got out of there and finally home, I discovered they had given me the wrong donut. Disappointing experience.
