Seriously slow service. Some of the staff there act like they don't want to be there.
I like the staff here. No matter what time of day I come, busy or not I'm always pleased with the customer service. No drive-through unfortunately. Overall I am very satisfied. ?
Horrible customer experience. I ordered egg and cheese farmer wrap without sausage and they first forgot my order and then after delay, added bacon to my wrap. I am vegetarian and allergic to bacon. On asking them, they were not even sorry. Do not recommend this TIM HORTONS ever.
Food wasn't bad. However seems to be poorly run and chaotic. I like Tim Hortons when visiting Canada but this location was just so so.
If you want to get your order wrong every single time come here. Guri took my order today, I confirmed my sandwich 4 times before ordering, it came back with only one of the 3 ingredients, went back to Guri , after a dirty look and huffing she took my sandwich put one more ingredients but got it wrong again, when I went back the third time she gave me dirty look again, didn't even take my sandwich to fix or say sorry or anything I had to ask like 3 times and she still didn't fix, so I left in anger, never again coming back here, worst Tim's I've ever been to ever.
Never come back to this place again. I order BLT bacon from this branch every weekend and every time, something is missing .Today, The staff didn't put the egg in my sandwich. last week, bacon was forgotten . I don't wanna pay $7 only for bagel,piece of lettuce and tomato !!
Second slowest Tim's on the North Shore. And have yet to see friendly staff. Never seems to be short staffed (always 3 or 4 staff in sight), and no drive through, maybe just bad training?
Such a shame!This business has a sign they close at 11 pm, but tonight At 10;45 I was there and they had the door closed!!!! So I think they don’t even understand the meaning of Store hours

This place is super dirty inside and out side , don’t know who runs this business but I am sure he or she doesn’t care to any thing except making money , look at the windows, like wasn’t been cleaned for years etc… I am sorry that this kind of business even exist .
