The washroom was not clean. They were out of Cream of Broccoli soup and it was about 5 pm. The biscuit I got was old and hard. The coffee was cold. Overall this is not a good review, however the staff seemed pleasant and nice.
Just waited 15 mins in a small line, only one person on till and everyone working on something else. They were busy, but service wasn't great. I didn't mind but I got a really gross double double and mocha. The mocha was hot chocolate with watered down coffee, like brown water. And the coffee was just milk and sugar. Super gross. Had to mix them together to make it drinkable.
Lately most of the staff are been changed and new staffs are super slow I use to go to the drive-through very quick but now it’s almost 15 min so inconvenient and inside service it’s even much more slower.every time asking them why is it takes so long they are so rude and no reason . I’ve been 14 years customer to this location pls take care of new staff or management issues.Thanks best regards.
Despite haveing a line out the door and atlease 9 staff work they still had 1 person taking orders. That 1 person taking the orders took several minutes just to put a medium ice cap into system, even with help from a co-worker
I love that this Tim’s is 24 hours! Have spent many hours studying here since the school library closes at 10pm. Thanks to this Tim’s I have my degree and I always love coming back :)
The service here is horrendous!! They are so slow I wasted 15-20 minutes of my morning waiting for get my order taken and it wasn’t even busy there was one person infront of me !!!! I ended up leaving with no food or drink I have to go out for lunch now and I was late for work. I have had many issues with this location wasting my lunch break going there and waiting all the employees are so slow and just look at you if ur waiting to order they don’t even acknowledge ur there . Such bad customer service Oh and to top it off there self serve kiosk are always closed !!!!!!!!!!
My coffee is almost always made perfect but only issue for me is not being knowledge when I was waiting to order and interrupted while trying to put in my order that’s always bigger then normal as I have family of 6. Other then that my orders are always the way I ordered and always fresh hot coffee
Unfortunately, probably it was just at that time but the process of taking order and then making it was super slow . . All female workers were working at that specific time and we were on counter for about 5mins but no one even mentioned that they are busy and will take out in a bit and then after we placed order took long and other customer were waiting..
5 stars because we went there when they were really busy but they were still smiling and service as fast as they can plus also tried to keep the store clean , running blooming keeping the floor clean, so impressed for me. The washroom was really clean, surprising me because the day before I went to Tim by my step daughter work place, totally upside down from this one while they weren't busy. So pretty happy with this one
Poor service and understaffed. If you are in a hurry this is not the place to get your coffee. I was here today and had to leave. 3 customers ahead of me was waiting for more that 15 mins just for coffee and sandwich. There was another staff inside the counter just keep on socializing instead of helping. This restaurant used to have very good service.
