They have a very big restaurant for dine in. Before the pandemic, I've always dining in. Now, I do take out. The quality is just as good as dining in!! They have the best spicy salmon sashimi anywhere. My favourite in lower mainland. Prices had gone up quite a bit, bit that is to be expected with all the costs of grocery and everything going up. I think the price is still fairly reasonable.

Staff were nice. Food was ok but there were flies everywhere. Including from being poured from the soy sauce bottle. Notified staff immediately who changed out the bottle and dish.

I come here after any hike I do and I am never disappointed. Nice big booths, fantastic and fast service, and the food is so so good for a reasonable price. The Alaska roll is like no other Alaska roll, it’s kind of their own version of it (basically an avocado roll with salmon on top and this delicious dressing) and I literally dream of it. That and their spicy salmon sashimi. One of my favourite sushi places in Vancouver, I wish they had one closer to where I live!

I used to visit here more often as the Spicy Salmon Sashimi was my favourite (still it is) but it is not the same as before, the taste and smell are different. $13 for half spicy salmon sashimi (as photo- tax, tip & soup not included)

Decent quality of sushi and rolls !!?I think their specialty is tempura.I am in love with the sweet potato tempura roll and Dynamite roll. But the salmon and avocado roll was little disappointing because there was not enough salmon..Salmon nigiri was also good !! Takoyaki was the best!! Each takoyaki was so big and tasty. I will order takoyaki again and again !!

Sushitown... in the beginning when you were a great bunch of SFU students in North Burnaby it was a amazing energy. I lived in the neighborhood and my family would dine there quite often. I feel now the ambience, food and service is no different than the Macdonalds that is connected next to it. I was perplexed why they refused to take my phone in takeout order because, they were on a break .. why answer the phone in the first place? another example of not understanding customer service... you lost a sizable pre order. I will take my business to Fujiya or Aburi in west vancouver.

3.5. The food is slightly below average for a Japanese place in North Vancouver, but you get decent value for your dollar and the food comes quick.Service is alright, but servers are overworked and often deliberately ignore you in hopes that someone else will handle it.Was recently closed down without any reason being given that I could find, after some digging I found that they were closed down by an inspector in January for unsanitary conditions and improper construction, which I can only assume has something to do with it.

Quality sushi with a good selection. The BC and Alaska rolls were our favourites. Ordered for pick up and was ready very quickly (~15mins)

Poor customer service, i had a really bad experience. they treated us like trash. our server was Rafael and i think he was the manager as well, i asked him to remove the skins from my Awesome Roll but he didn't. i asked him for glass of water again he didn't bring. And when i paid the bill, he told me please leave this table in 5 mins. So sorry for this restaurant that is lowing the quality for this poor customer service.

I went to have sushi ? and surely will be the last time ever!!! Shocking service and customer care. The server Daniel brings the wrong fish and then tells me that I didn’t order the right thing. I repeat to him that I asked for sockeye salmon but insists I didn’t ask for that when I ordered 2 salmon dishes back to back and when ordering said I want sockeye salmon. He kept arguing saying I didn’t ask and tells me I’m being racist when I told him he wrote it down wrong. Such a terrible approach and zero desire to remedy his mistakes. Just terrible. Try avoid as Capilano Sushi across is much better and that’s our go to sushi place as their customer service is phenomenal. Don’t put yourself through the aggravation. Unfortunate we made this mistake and ruined our lunch.
