I had the most angry unsettling experience ever in any restaurant. The host yelled and screamed at me. I have been eating in sushi restaurants around the world for 40 years and have never ever come across someone so horrible. At my local sushi restaurants in whistler I am always welcomed with love and affection but this host went off the rails with me, screaming and yelling within three minutes of me being there. There were only two tables of diners in the whole place and I asked to sit at a table of six so I could see my dogs through the window. He yelled and screamed at me and kicked me out and then sat the next two people at the same table I wanted.Honestly this person was so unstable I would worry for others safety.
Possibly racist! Be aware of your receipt! They put client's race and gender on receipt in Chinese.Today I visited this restaurant to order some take out food. When I saw the receipt, I saw they write " Asian male" on my receipt in Chinese. I feel uncomfortable with their behavior: Do they treat clients differently by their race? Do they only write this kind of note for some groups of clients?
Delivery was extremely fast and I got my order under 15 min. Salmon almost melted in mouth and rice was very tasty. Their Alaska roll (6 pieces) is the one w/o sauce and looks more like California roll with salmon in it. Still tasty though and very big pieces. Hope to dine in one day.
I was pretty disappointed, I went in without any prejudice and the first disappointment was the menu. Things looked cheap and huge thick looking pieces in the pictures, signalling low quality but supposedly high in value. When the food came, second disappointment, the food didn't match the pictures, the sushi pieces were thin, the rice was hard, dry, and overly sugary, and the fish was plain bad. IF the sushi at least matched the pictures, I'd forgive them, you get what you pay for, low quality but gets you full... But it was low quality AND low value, I'd have to say avoid this place if you're looking for fish.

The staff attended to us often with tea and served as well. The food came out quickly and looked appetizing.The food was average for this place. My kids still ate all the food and had a full stomach. I'd come here for quick food that is passable.
Ordered a deep fried dynamite roll and it was so small and greasy. Would not recommend.
Such delicious sushi! I’ve ordered take out from Sushi man several times and I’ve loved it every time. I believe the prices are really fair. One thing I would love is for them to have an official menu that could be viewed somewhere instead of looking at the older menu photos that have been left here in the reviews.
