It's Subway. What do you expect? Disappointed they substituted the ranch dressing with peppercorn ranch.

There are two women most probably Iranian , whom are very unprofessional and haven’t been trained properly, one of them ( the older lady ) is very rude and some times takes her mask out also has no name tag on her , I talked to the manager but he did not take any action .I saw she was shouting to a customer saying denied serving her !!!!, just because as a fast food the customer did not expect waiting for over 20 minutes !!!!!! And when it was the two ladies turn , the customer told her nicely “FINALLY it is our turn “And then she rudely started to shout and said I have only two hands and I will not serve you at all then took her mask and gloves out and went to the back room and the co worker that might be relative of that woman went back as well and left the ladies without food !!!!! What a lack of management and unprofessional employee!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LYNN VALLEY SUBWAY TO ANY ONE !
Extremely rude elderly woman working there who brings her MASK DOWN ALL THE TIME TO SPEAK or rather SHOUT impolitely. Lack of basic hygiene, by touching her gloves everywhere including her nose and making a sandwich. She refused to serve us because we expressed concern. I am now seeking to file an official complaint.
Extremely abusive staff (one of the staff) The manager needs to fire that elder woman who was working there 4:40 pm Oct 27, who is aggressive, with major anger management issues, totally harassing and bullying clients and not following food safety protocols and NO NAME TAG! I’ve never seen anything like this in past. We called the manager and he promised to call us back and he never did! It’s a shame. If she is still there after a while I will ensure everyone hears by going to media.

She hates her job and continuously acts it while she complains. Total bully. She has bullied me and two of my other friends. They better get rid of her before needing to close their doors at this charming Subway in Lynn Valley! Don’t trust this Subway unless she is gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if she spits in your sandwich as she hates her job and she is tired with so much anger. I’m sure many can relate to who I am referring to. She is very abusive in her body language, her tone of voice, her sarcasm, her demeanour. I’ve seen her refusing to make sandwich to this sweet girl just because she could bully her. It’s a shame that managers let someone who is extremely impolite and abusive to work there.
Good food good service and food is always fresh.
